Myriana and Swift - Booty Bay

Myri had gotten control of herself and was watching the others out of the corner of her eye. She winced a bit as Threnaad reached to pet Swift, certain that it would cause -something- to happen. When it didn't she glared at the fox, but otherwise let him be, since he was behaving himself for the moment. She continued to listen as Threnaad went on, glad to have something to take her mind off her problems. The draenei took another sip of her drink, before leaning back again and closing hers, enjoying the Broken's stories despite her efforts to still be mad at him.

Threnaad and Zaruuk - Booty Bay

"Yes, Thren being silent for an hour. It was magnificent." Zaruuk managed to look up from his breakfast and grin.
"You wound me, the both of you!" The broken placed a hand to his chest, as if it had been struck by an arrow. "Swift, Little Mouse, defend me from the mean people across the table!"

Glix - Booty Bay

The goblin peered curiously at the human when he sat down across from her, watching as he went outside and came back in a few minutes later with a drenched bird. Once the human had left she got up, tilting her head at the loud, squawky bird. She wasn't so sure why he had gone to the trouble to save the scrawny thing. She rubbed his chin thoughtfully, trying her best to ingore Decay and Willowe's bickering. Glix glanced up and waved when Zaruuk and Indi made their way downstairs. She pricked her ears in interest when Threnaad began his story, inching closer to listen. By the end of it she was shaking with barely constrained laughter, holding a hand over his mouth.
She inhaled deeply to calm herself, wiping a few tears from her eyes. Another grin twitched at the side of her mouth at the Broken's next tale, imagining Threnaad huddled up with a box perched on his noggin. She supposed she could sort of relate... The Lost Isles was the first place she had seen the stars. A combination of smog and lights back on Kezan had kept the night sky dark, but on those islands the sky had been lit up by hundreds of millions of the tiny specks of light. Admittedly, it was more awing than terrifying. There weren't any goblins with boxes on their heads from what she could remember. That one guy with that weird helmet, but no boxes.

"Mate, if you think that was a wounding you are in for a rude awakening," Indi threatened with a wide grin. "Zaruuk, how have you put up with this monster for so many years?"

Myriana and Swift - Booty Bay

Swift had totally planned on lighting Zaruuk's breakfast on fire, but Myri reacted first. She raced across the room and grabbed the fox by the scruff of the neck, and shook him gently. "Just because he says do it does not mean you should!" she scolded the fox, who was doing a remarkable impression of Karzix at his grumpiest. She glared at the Broken simply saying "That was your second chance. And you ruined it by encouraging Swift to do things he knows not to do." With that, she she hugged Swift to her and stalked back to her table, her previous mood vanished. Stupid Broken.

Zaruuk and Threnaad - Booty Bay

Because Thren and Kyali were the only people who didn't immediately hate me, Zaruuk thought to himself, but said nothing. Come to think of it, he didn't know what Threnaad would do should he learn about his... demonic dalliances. His fel urge. The two had been friends for a long time, it scared him more than a little thinking that the broken might hate him for this.
He was disturbed from his thoughts as Myri ran up to the table to snatch Swift away, then scolded Thren. The broken looked more than a little confused and hurt at the outburst.

"I was kidding!" Thren called out, swivelling to stand up. "I did not expect scorchfox to actually attempt to do anything! Maybe yip a little and cause porridge to fly on Zar's face."
Goodness, she hated him with a passion.

Indigosa--Booty Bay

Indi felt bad when Zaruuk remained silent; she hoped her joke hadn't upset the mage in some way. She gave Myri a strange look as the draenei overreacted. The death knight may not be overly fond of Thren, but it wasn't his fault Swift took him seriously. Indi let out a sigh; must be the combination of her remaining trauma and readjusting leading to Myri's moodiness.

Myriana and Swift - Booty Bay

"Well I am glad you noticed he is on fire. His first reaction to anything is to light it on fire, which is what he was about to do to Zaruuk's breakfast." She snapped at Threnaad. She had been feeling better after her talk with Karzix, but apparently she wasn't as better as she thought. She strode out of the inn and into Booty Bay, deciding that maybe another walk would be a good thing.

Swift turned and gave an apologetic look to Threnaad before following Myri out.

Threnaad and Zaruuk - Booty Bay

Threnaad stood flabbergasted, completely unsure as to what he should do. He really wanted to end this dumb animosity that the girl seemed to have for him. She had seemed much happier before he had opened his big dumb mouth too. Ruined because he had made a dumb comment. Well, he wasn't going to let this one slide. He started to walk to the inn exit.
"Thren," Zaruuk growled, speaking in Draenic. "Don't you dare do anything to hurt her further."
"Come on Zar, I have better sense than that." Thren responded, before ducking out to confront the young draenei.

"He had better be right about that." Zaruuk mumbled into his breakfast, finishing off the last of it.

Iocha let out a little growl as she continued to chase after Arbennig, her ghostly tail straight up in the air. She let it flick as she picked up enough speed to take a running leap at the drakeadon.

Indi allowed herself a small smile as she understood what the two draenei men said. "Leave him be," she whispered to Zaruuk. "If we're lucky, Myri will punch him in the face again."

Once away from the inn and outside, Myri felt terrible. What was wrong with her? Before, an incident like that would have caused her more amusement than annoyance. And her reaction Threnaad was pure rage and the Broken had done nothing to cause her to be mad at him. Getting her fox drunk was certainly a cause...telling the fox to defend him jokingly was not. Why was she so quick to anger, especially for the littlest of things? The draenei started to pace, anxiously wringing her hands, trying to debate the best way to go and apologize to Threnaad.

Swift lay down with his head on his front paws, waiting for his mistress to figure out what to do next.

Arbennig whined as the wolf-shaman landed on him. He began to shake as if saying "DUNHURTME!"

It seemed everyone else had their chance to talk to Myri, so Kozri figured it couldn't hurt if he gave it a shot. Besides, he had not much else to do, and it would take his mind off of Azu's problem. It was easy enough to ask the guards where a furious draenei had stomped off, and he found Myri easily enough. "Hey, Myri? Do you want to talk or anything? You haven't been yourself, not that I can blame you. Whatever...she did to you couldn't have been fun to go through. Guess I could understand how you feel. If I had to guess by her specialty, though, I can safely say what happened to me involved a whole lot less burning."

Tirrae was quiet, so Azunara lapsed back into silence, claws silently tapping the deck as she thought.

The wolf formed shaman glared down at the drakeadon for a moment before shifting back to her Draenei form. A little smirk crossed her lips as she began to tickle the scaled pet. "No more splashing me with water, got it pup?"

Arbennig began to giggle at the tickles, rolling over on his back for belly rubs.

Iocha chuckled as she began to rub and scratch at Arbennig's belly as she gave her head a small shake. "I'm not sure how you do it, but I can never stay angry with you or any other pets in the family."

Zaruuk snorted into his ale at Indi's comment.
"Goodness knows he deserves it." He said. He had been a little hard on Thren, he supposed. But his brother-in-law had a reputation that needed to be considered. He sighed, before looking around the room. "So, what are we going to do now?"

Threnaad - Booty Bay

The broken walked along the piers, searching around for where Myri ran off. She had to be around here somewhere. Finally, he saw her further along, glimpsing the warm glow of the Swift nearby, along with the tall shape of Kozri. He didn't want to intrude, so he ducked behind an alley, waiting for the two to finish talking.
