Finally, a worthy tame. Terrorpene was the hardest one because of the damage output but I still did it with 40k HP left. That Hunter in the vid was left with just above 10k. 1 more Spirit Strike and he woulda died, that trap went off successfully just at the right time. That video also links up to an other rare beast video too.

Not even sure if it's tamable but it's still a beast!

If Deth’tilac looks like Beth’tilac, I'll tame all the recolours I have to in order to get that spider. I had hoped that some of the new 8 wouldn't be BM pets, since I dislike the spec, but I can dump the recolours easily enough for that spider.

I don't think you have to tame them all to unlock them.

Nooo, that's not what I mean. It's just...it's another Gondria. Just a different color. Not that awesome. Until now, every Spirit Beast has been sort of unique.

*Actually, it's TWO Gondria's. One recolor wouldn't have been bad. But there's two. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm kinda disappointed that two of these 8 are Gondria recolors?

Expect more of them yet. There are two other colours for Skoll that are still unused. I'm certain they'll find their way into the game at some point. It'd be a shame if they were locked away forever just because you, personally, want every spirit beast to have a different base model.

Gondria is a spectral saber cat that emits ectoplasm.

Arcturis is a spectral bear that emits ectoplasm.

Ghost Crawler ^ ^ ^

Skoll is a unique Saber-Worg that emits arcs of lightning around him.

All of them are unique in a skin that doesn't share any other with any other tamable mob in-game.

The 2 "new" Spirit Beast Cats are purely recolored Gondrias whos only difference is color.

I think people are starting to get overly picky about what a "unique" skin is. Recolorings are still unique. They may seem "less unique" than Loque, who has his own model base, but they are just as unique in the most technical sense.
