Myri turned to see that one of the Devilsaurs had its head stuck in a window. Snorting again in laughter, Myri couldn't help but wonder how Magna and Asli dealt with the chaos.

Squires – Nagrand

Squires had finally calmed down and looked over at his pet paladin and its new mage friend. He didn't feel like following after them just yet, at least not while there was some grass just asking to be eaten right here. It had been a while since he was last let outside and he wasn't going to let the problems of his pet paladin distract him from enjoying himself. It was unfortunate that Squires completely failed to notice a orc scout sneaking over to him.

“Got you! Hah, some idiot human will regret leaving you out here alone. You'll be a fine trophy to show the might of the Horde once I've broken you in.” The scout said as he leaped onto Squires back and then prepared for the Argent Charger to try and buck him off. The scout was a little surprised that all Squires did was turn to look at him curiously.

Squires took a few steps and then turned again to look at this idiot orc. Why wasn't it afraid?
It looked like a lesson needed to be taught here. Telaar was not too far from here. Yes, the idiot had its feet in the stirrups and had wrapped its hands around the reins.

The orc scout was quite surprised at how docile this... what did the humans call them... haurses was, right up until the damned thing shot off completely out of control. The orc could do little more than hold on as this demon-beast seemed to completely ignore whatever he did to try and control it. The scout saw one of those floating rocks right ahead of them. At least this demon isn't stupid enough to ride straight into it he thought. It will turn away any second now... Thrak, it wasn't going to turn, was it. The orc was more surprised when the demon haurse ducked under the rock without slowing down. Unfortunately this now meant that the rock was now at the same height as his head. Blessed unconsciousness claimed him at that point, for a little while at least. He was awoken when the demon charged through a waterfall. If he didn't know better, he would have thought the evil beast had done that on purpose. The orc then screamed as the demon reached around and bit a chunk of his leg off.

Sparik was working on the anvil when the orc raider came rushing into Telaar, screaming some war cry. The Orc was riding a horse for some reason, although it did look fearsome at it charged through the streets. The carnage it wrought was precise but easily repaired. The orc might have even got away if not for that unlucky jump over a low wall. The horse got away but the orc had fallen off and was soon captured. Sparik could have sworn that the horse had intentionally turned around at that point to step on the orc's groin, but that was just fanciful thinking. At least the orc raider was now behind bars and awaiting trial. Strange, Sparik's orcish was not that good, but he swore that the orc was saying thank you for saving him from the demon-beast.

Squires felt a great deal better after all that. The orcs in this place will now know not to mess with Squires Oh'Modest Bane after this. He then decided that he should find his pet paladin before it got into trouble. Raising another paladin would be too much trouble after he had broken this one in so well.

Zaruuk and Threnaad - Nagrand

The two draenei were soon outside, Thren protesting weakly.
"It was a harmless joke!" He whimpered. "I thought you liked high elves licking your ears!"
Zaruuk, rather calmly, pushed the broken a few feet away, then with a word and a wave of his hands, turned him into a sheep. Picking up the now-bleating Threnaad, he wove him around in front of the stuck devilsaur.
"If you get free, this tasty-looking sheep is all yours." He said, hoping the beast understood.

Myriana and Swift - Nagrand

Barely surpressing a smile, the huntress finally took pity on Threnaad. "Oh Zaruuk, let him go! I think he has learned his lesson!" she called to the mage.

Swift, seeing the commotion ,came galloping up, wondering what exactly was going on. Seeing Zaruuk holding a sheep, the fox played along, balancing on his hind legs and licking Thren's face as if he were choice piece of meat.

Elevander - Nagrand

Elevander watched as the once-broken; now-sheep bleet in terror, looking at the devilsaur. It seemed harmless enough, Elevander was sure that Zaruuk wasn't serious about letting the devilsaur eat the broken-sheep. He would keep an eye on them though. He then noticed a small smoke trail to the south.
Isn't that where Telaar is located? He thought to himself. Maybe I shouldn't have left Squires... No he couldn't do something like that. It doesn't seem like much smoke anyway. Might just be a large bonfire or something.

Tyran flicked his eyes over to the sheep and his tongue licked along his maw. He tugged and pulled, even went as far as to put his feet against the building. When that didn't work he blinked and tilted his head to the side a few inches, then tugged himself free. With a happy roar he thumped his tail against the ground and looked over at Zaruuk and the sheep.

Myriana - Nagrand

Myri watched as the devilsaur freed itself and looked expectantly at Zaruuk and Thren. Finally taking complete pity on the broken, Myri silently told Swift to burn the sheep enough to break the spell.

Swift complied, throwing a fireball at the polymorphed Thren.

((I get the feeling that multiple things are about to hit Threnaad. This could be interesting.))

Elevander - Nagrand

Elevander took a step back as the devilsaur finally got through the doorway. He couldn't tell what it would do next though. Better safe than sorry.
"Light! Grant thy protection!" Elevander called out, causing a glowing shield to cover Threnaad in sheeps clothing.

Threnaad and Zaruuk - Nagrand

"Promise is a promise." Zaruuk said as he raised the polymorphed Threnaad upwards, fully intending on breaking the spell once he had passed the squirming ball of wool through the window. He was rather taken by surprise, however, when the small ball of flame hit Threnaad. A brief moment of panic, then Zaruuk was sprawled on the ground with a confused Thren sitting atop him. Then a shimmering bubble of light sprung around the broken.
"Hah, revenge is mine! I get the last laugh!" Thren said as he regained his composure, looking down to poke his tongue out at Zaruuk.
"You are on fire Thren." Zaruuk sighed, an amused smile on his face.
"Don't think tha-wait, what? Argh!" The broken jumped up and began attempting to pat at his clothes... only to have his hands slam up against the shield of light. "Why is this not working?!"

Asliasa and Akiralios
Nagrand

At this point Akira was leaning against the wall and laughing so hard she had to hold onto her stomach. She took several deep breaths to try and calm herself down but the sight of Thren trying to pat out the fire and fail made her burst into giggles again.
Asli was shaking her head very slowly and trying to not burst into the same laughter that was making her sister clutch her sides.

Tyran looked in through the window and made a whiny growl like sound as his tail sank to hit the ground. If he could have he would have made his lip tremble. He had wanted a snack!

Myriana and Swift - Nagrand

Myri had started out laughing with the rest, but became nervous when she realized that Thren couldn't put the flames out because of the shield. She hadn't wanted the broken to get burned. She moved over to Elevander "Um, you can dispell that shield right?" she asked nervously.

Despite his mistress's nervousness, Swift thought the whole situation was hilarious.

Vixik - Shattrath

The goblin had resigned himself to a corner of World's End, sulking over a mug of cheap ale. He had wandered through this entire lower city and had seen all mannerism of odd bird-men, glowing things, elves, draenei, refugees, but nothing that matched the description Senisra or the draenei from the Exodar had given him. He briefly glanced up as some off-duty Shattered Sun troops wandered in, taking a seat at the bar. Vixik paid them no heed until he caught the words "flaming fox". He pricked his ears and listened in as the trio remarked about how some odd fox had tried to light something called "A'dal" on fire. He tilted his head slightly, looking thoughtful as they mentioned something about draenei. He couldn't catch the rest of what he said as he turned his back to Vixik to better face his comrade.
The goblin downed the rest of his drink and stood up, neglecting to leave a tip on the table. He rotated his ears back to listen as he walked out, catching something about "Aldor Rise". Looked like he had a new place to comb...

Elevander - Nagrand

Elevander looked at Myriana
"Not really." He replied. "Once cast, only the one inside the shield can dispel it. It's not hard to remove though. Just thinking about it disappearing is enough. If worse comes to worse I can heal Threnaad."

Zaruuk and Threnaad - Nagrand

"How can I think about dispelling the shield if I'm thinking about how bad fire burns!" Threnaad cried out, shaking about to try and put the fire out via wind.
"Stop panicking and throw some water on yourself, Shaman." Zaruuk called out to the dancing broken as he stood up.
Oh. Right. Threnaad stopped movign and called a tide of water from the nearby lake to splash onto him, dousing out the flames and healing the small burn he had received because of them. ((Riptide)) Almost immediately after he had drenched himself, the glowing shield disappeared.
"I think we start leaving now." A very wet Threnaad sulked.

Myriana and Swift - Nagrand

Myri stood and continued to wring her hands nervously until the fire was out. She then approached Thren apologizing "I apologize. I was not expecting the paladin to put a shield around you. I would not have had Swift break the polymorph if I had known." Myri felt terribly guilty, even though the broken had brought most of upon himself. The huntress looked around. "I think you are right though. We should probably leave before we burn Asli's house down. I do not think she'd appreciate that."

Asliasa and Akiralios
Nagrand

"That was...the best thing..I have seen..in Months!" Akira managed to speak through the deep breaths she was taking. She shook her head and forced down another bout of the giggles. "Oh thank you for that. That was just perfect."
Asli rolled her eyes and reached out to pat Tyran on the snout before she looked at the others. "Leaving may be a good idea."
Tyran sank his head down and was still sulking. Was no one going to give him a snack? Really?

Elevander and Squires - Nagrand

"We can't leave just yet. Squires hasn't retu... oh wait there he is." Elevander said as Squires trotted over and started chewing on Elevanders hair.
"Well your in a good mood." Elevander pulled his hair free and then his face fell. "Did you do something to Telaar?"
Squires twitched an ear and skoffed his Left hoof.
"Very well I'll trust you this time!"

((I wish Elevander had some sort of detect lies spell.))

Zaruuk and Threnaad - Nagrand

"Oh do not worry about it Sunshine, it was not your fault!" Thren quickly put on a big grin for the huntress. "I mean, you could not have expected Elevander to do that and it was my damn fault for antagonising Zaruuk in the first place besides if anyone is to blame for this it would be Zaruuk because he is the one who turned me into a sheep to begin with, hahahaha!"
Oh light, he was babbling again.

Zaruuk watched the exchange between the two silently. He didn't know why Myri was making such a big fuss over the accident. It hadn't been a particularly large fire and the burn itself had been very minor. Not to mention Thren could, and did, just heal it away. The babbling response Thren gave surprised him more however. Since when did Thren act nervous?
Wait.
No.
Zaruuk had to turn away to hide the very smug grin that spread across his face. Oh ho ho ho. This was delicious.
"So, where are we off to next then?" He asked out aloud.

Vixik - Shattrath

The goblin looked behind him as the elevator he stood on began to rise, studying the city as it spread out before him. He twisted back forward as the elevator came to a halt, revealing the Aldor Rise. He stepped off the elevator and glanced around, noting the few buildings and sparse decorations. If they were here, it should be easy to find them... he slunk around, eyes darting this way and that as he tried to spot the group he was looking for. At least his brother wasn't with them - otherwise he could recognize him and blow his cover.
They weren't in the inn, nor any of the other buildings. Vixik scratched the back of his neck, scowling. This was the best he was going to get for a lead. If he couldn't find them here, he wouldn't be finding them anytime soon. He rubbed his face, stalking around the side of the inn. He slumped against the building's wall, brow furrowed as he tried to think of what to do next. His thoughts were interrupted as a soft, warm breeze blew past, carrying the scent of fresh grass. He looked up, tilting his head at the sight of a tunnel carved into the mountain side. He straightened, giving it a thoughtful look. Perhaps...? He went forward to investigate.
