Has anyone noticed "old world" rares are a lot more "common"

the times for old world rare spawns has been reduced by alot the spawn times on them are like 1 hour to 1 and a half hours. You can hardly call them rares anymore with respawn timers like that

I love how short the OW rare spawn timers are. Waiting days for a rare doesn't really appeal to me.
