Hes put up way higher so I had to used a cloak I got from the nether ray dailies to slow my fall.
I might be the first or second hunter with it. (mostly second)
Edit: Okay I'm myself now. It seems that he was put up even higher then on the ptr so you really need a slow fall cloak or something and if you do it right you don't need Deterrence. (I forgot to actually but once I trapped him his moon fire got me to 15k) But I did bring potions just in case something went wrong.
He's quite a handsome hooter.
