Iocha felt her eye twitch as she looked down at her arm. "That dog hates me, I swear it."
"What dog?" Asli looked over at her sister as she and Magna got downstairs.
"Arbennig. He just touched me with a detatched death knight arm."
"Oh...well..." Asli blinked before she snickered.
"Oh shut up."
Banet rolled her eyes at the sisters and looked over at Arbennig before she looked at Helthang. "How come you never do anything cute."
"I am a demon from the nether, we don't do cute." Helthang said with a huff as he crossed his arms.

Indigosa--Dalaran

Nodding to the cat, Indi stepped forward and opened the door, walking into the inn being extra careful not to bump Zaruuk in the process. She waited next to the door for Umbra to walk in.

Magna - Dalaran

Magna chuckled at his pet's antics.

He looked around the room. Almost everyone seemed to be here!

Arbennig laughed at Iocha.

Umbra - Dalaran

Umbra padded in, wishing the fire fox was here so she could rub his nose in being allowed inside. She chuffed appreciatively to Indi, rubbing her head on the Death Knight.

Inaara - Mulgore

"But why can't you take me home now?" She asked miserably.

Cori - Mulgore

"Because... that would be bad for both of us. This way they'll leave you alive, if I help you home now they might just kill us both.", she said with a bit of a sad tone, before shaking her head. "How about some cookies instead, okay? Don't think about them."

Indigosa--Dalaran

Indi tentatively pat Umbra on the head and shut the door. She then walked over to the innkeeper and purchased a room for herself and Zaruuk. Turning one last time to the shadow cat, she said, "You're welcome to sleep in the room too. Make a good guard cat."

The death knight then turned to the stairs and head up to their room. She left the door open a crack should Umbra follow. Indi then stripped Zaruuk out of his now soggy clothing and lay him in the bed, pulling the covers over him. She removed her heavy armor as well, but instead of crawling into the bed, she set about pacing the room.

Azunara and Kozri
Dalaran

Azunara was giving Koz a look of death, and the rogue figured if he didn't at least get into the inn, the druid would do everything she could to hurt him. Deciding it wasn't worth the effort, he quietly went into the inn and sat down at a table, blinking at the sudden increase of death knights. Huh. Azunara strode in, looking rather smug. She got Kozri in, she won.

Umbra - Dalaran

Umbra looked back to her master outside, tail flicking. Well, he would most likely be along inside later. She could migrate over to his room once he moved in. So she padded up the stairs and flopped out in front of the room Indi purchased.
It had been a strange day, the cat mused. She missed her old mistress... yet she wasn't as sad as she thought she'd be. Still, it felt like any second now, Lesari would stride up the staircase, and they'd go off riding again. She kept an eye on the stairs, just in case.

Ina nodded, picking up a cookie and nibbling on it a little. She wasn't really hungry, but it felt good to do something other than sulk.
"I'm Inaara..." She said to Cori.

Cori - Mulgore

"What a pretty name!", Cori exclaimed with a smile, pouring up some tea for herself. "I'm Cori."

Bronze Devilsaur-Protodrake of Time--Sholazar

The bronze devilsaur-protodrake of time lifted his massive head and yawned. As he smacked his chops sleepily, he moved time forward slightly for a small group of adventurers in Dalaran, pushing them to morning.

Zaruuk - Dalaran

Zaruuk sighed as he woke up, not really wanting to wake up just yet. Sleep meant that he didn't have to think about things, even if he did still dream about the fel-fire sun. Heh, although the fel-fire sun was far more preferable to the nightmares Myri had undoubtedly been having. He wondered why it was he didn't see that bitch of a mage himself. His fingers curled around the soft sheets as he thought about rolling over and closing his eye again... Wait, how did he get there? Last thing he remembered was teleporting from the Eastern Plaguelands.
He sat up and looked around, trying to place where he was. He eventually settled his gaze on Indi pacing around the room. He felt decidedly uncomfortable; not because of her nakedness, but rather their lackluster reunion, as far as he could remember it.
"Auch'noru." He said, unsure of what else to say.

Indi stopped her pacing and turned to Zaruuk, a tentative smile crossing her features. "Sleep well?" she asked, looking away.

The death knight had paced all knight, thoughts of past events floating through her head. She had spent a large time reliving her death and rebirth over and over, coming to terms with what she had become. The rest of the night was spent wondering why things felt so awkward between her and Zaruuk.

Magna - Dalaran

Magna woke up with a stretch and a yawn. He kissed his wife and started to leave the bed.

Arbennig was asleep, paws around the arm.

Threnaad - Dalaran

Thren woke up, as he usually did, at the crack of dawn. He blinked a little, wondering what it was pressing up against him. Huh, it was a draenei... Myri. A warm fuzziness flooded though him and a stupid grin spread across his face. So yesterday wasn't some sort of fungus-inspired hallucination then. He didn't want to move, for fear of waking her, but he needed to do his mornign ritual. And hey, perhaps she would appreciate breakfast in bed! Oh what a clever thought. He slowly started to wiggle his way backwards on the bed, attempting to disturb the huntress as little as possible.

Zaruuk - Dalaran

"Well enough." He replied, licking his lips as he thought. Why did this seem so... so dispassionate?
"How about you, what was your night like?" He asked back. "And... I do not suppose you mind telling me how I got up here? Things seem a bit of a blur for me."

Ina nodded as Cori introduced herself, feeling a little more comfortable at the least.
"Um, was that light magic you were using?" She asked. "Are you a priestess?"

Indi stared out the window in their room. "After we teleported here, you mumbled something and then fell asleep in my arms. I carried you to the inn, convinced Shadow Cat and Kozri to let me in, and then bought a room and brought you up here. I took your robes off so you wouldn't catch a cold since they were wet."

She moved to start putting her armor back on. "As for last night...I relived myself dying. Beats the dream about biting into my own wrist for blood."

Myri frowned in her sleep and unconsciously hugged Thren closer to her before mumbling something incoherently and rolling over.

Zaruuk - Dalaran

Well, how are you supposed to respond to that?
"Thank you. I guess I must have been exhausted, sorry to inconvenience you like that." He mumbled as he swung his legs off the bed. What now? He thought he would be glad to have his Indi back to him. And he was. But it felt so... so distant. He sighed; for so little time, so much seemed to have happened.
"I gave into my Man'ari urges." He said suddenly. "Back in Zangarmarsh."

Threnaaad - Dalaran

Thren almost squeaked as Myri grasped him to her, but relaxed as she rolled back over. He rolled off the bed and stretched, having not slept that well in a long time. His joints weren't even as painful as they usually were! And he could definitely get used to waking up next to a beautiful and wonderful woman. Thren reached over to kiss her lightly on the forehead, then walked out the door and downstairs to order some breakfast for himself, Myri and Tirrae, along with a candle for his morning ritual.

Why did things feel so weird between them now? Maybe they had nothing but sex in the first place? Indi felt a pang in her chest for thinking such a thing. At the mention of giving into his Man'ari side, Indi's head snapped towards him, her gaze boring into the mage. After a moment, she relaxed, a small smile softening her lips. "How did it feel? Judging from the looks of the others you did not seem to have hurt anyone." Her mind briefly flashed to when she had given in back at the Enclave and at how good it had felt. She shook her head to clear it.

Zaruuk - Dalaran

"It felt..." He sighed and ran his fingers though his hair. "It felt good. And not only did I not hurt any of the others, I helped them escape from Senisra too. Made her run like the coward she is too."
He swallowed and looked away. "But should I be proud of that? I would have sunken to her level if given the chance. And I enjoyed her... her defilements more than I like to admit."

She had managed to get about halfway dressed before clenching her fists at Zaruuk's admission. Quickly, she finished putting her armor on as a distraction. Hell, it was not like she could really get mad about it anyway; she would have done the same thing were she in his place. Wanting to try and find a way for them to reconnect, the death knight moved to the foot of the bed and sat down on the floor there. Wringing her hands a little nervously she told Zaruuk about her stay in Acherus and the "training" she had been put through.

When finished she offered the mage a weak smile. "I understand what you are going through, although without the defilement; Kethtaz never showed that kind of interest in me."
