OMG Banned! ..'thalos.

In Tol'barad, I was going through my dailies and waiting for the queue to pop. Suddenly, my druid friend whispers me: "Hey. There's an owl flying around up here." Me ,"OMG OMG OMG!" Ban'thalos being pretty much the only pet that I have any interest in at the moment, other than casually.

It was a bit of a face-off with a few hunters, including a friend of mine (who I have to admit I didn't even realize), but thanks to the help of a druid friend, we got Ban'thalos dragged over to the mountainside, where he dropped into my trap and, after some juggling, I managed to get him tamed. It was scary as hell: me diong the tame, with two or three hunters standing around me. I was so expecting one of them to try stealing him.

I wanna thank Tilenias (AKA Loki here!) for *not* stealing the pet when the chance came, and for being helpful and friendly through the whole thing. .... I know naming and shaming isn't allowed, but hopefully naming and cheering is. I couldn't thank the others personally since one logged off, and the other was a troll and I can't ask them.

I did the same thing for a guildie of mine. I managed to get Magria earlier in the day, then when we were about to do a random z, Ban'thalos spawned in Hyjal. I hopped on my hunter and grouped up with my friend. I had him stand in the tree with trap ready as I flew up, dismounted, then MD'd to him. I may have died, but he is not the proud own of Ban'thalos as well
