People can be awesome (WOO SKARR!)

During the camp, I befriended two hunters who were also looking for him, a troll and an undead. The troll already had Karkin, and he'd been there longer than me so I told him he could have Skarr first if he were to spawn. Later, the undead and his paladin guildie showed up and we talked about the rares since he was after any of them. I told him I was only after Skarr and he asked me to tell him if Karkin happened to spawn and that he'd tell me if he saw Skarr, I said okay. Then another blood elf hunter showed up. XD Fast forward to where the troll hunter had to go and a short while after he did, lo and behold Skarr spawned at the south spot where the other blood elf was. I was freaking out to the point where I didn't see his tell until I'd asked him if he wanted Skarr. He let me have him first because I'd been there longer and since my undead friend was after Karkin.

Since he spawned at the southern spot and I had no idea that he could spawn on the lower set of rocks. I was already as nervous as it was and it took me a bit to finally pinpoint where he was even with him targeted. @_@ And when I get nervous, my sense of direction flies out the window.

Man do his fireballs do insane damage. @_@ First time he made me go splat knocked some much needed concentration into me, but it wasn't till the second time I realized, d'oh! For those of you after him or Karkin and are doing it the Marksman way, for the love of all things good and holy, do NOT forget to cast tame beast to get him to do his fireball barrage like I did the first two tame attempts! Or you'll go splat like I did even with a paladin helping. >_> He rezzed me both times I went splat, which saved a lot of time.

And a few minutes after I tamed Skarr, my troll friend logs back on and I tell him that I'd just tamed Skarr, and he let me take a pic of Skarr and Karkin standing side by side. <3

I'm a Mortal Kombat nut, so I named him Tomas, after my favorite character, Smoke's, real name. "Where there is Smoke, there is fire!"

Toph's stables are finally, finally complete. *keels over*

Oh wow, he looks great in Uldum! Congrats on your tame It's nice to hear about good people being helpful and polite too! ^^

I'm looking forward to seeing more pics of this cat. I didn't think much of him at first, but seeing him tamed, he looks really cool in quite a few different settings. More pix plx?

Thank you! Yeah, it was really unexpected when they all wanted to help me since almost all of Toph's tames were done either alone or while I was with my best friend. I'll gladly experiment with him in different locations and post some more pics of how he looks in different areas of the world, but first I have to clear out my screenshot folder and catch up on sleep. XD

Thanks, Mouse! Yeah, I was completely blown away by it because my tames have usually been done alone or when I was with my best friend. I'm surprised they were patient with me when it took forever for me to find him. @_@

Hehe, it's supposed to make you laugh. XD I was laughing both times I blundered because I was having so much fun.

And I took a pic of him by the faountain in Dalaran, and he looks awesome! He really stands out from all the bright colors just like he does in Uldum.

...and maybe Toph's stables aren't complete yet. I'm starting to be tempted by Karkin now. Crap. XD
