Taming the Cinderweb Broodling (Green Fire Spider)?

these have yet to show themselves to me on Altar of Storms US. i havent been on at resets but im usually able to check 1-2 hours after. often there is no klutchkeepers up at that time but no spiderlings either

For the first time, I found the broodlings up. You guys weren't kidding when you said they were fast.
I ended up sucking up 2-3 of the yellow ones in my mad dash to keep up with the bloody things. BUT. Spider get.

I tried taming one of them yesterday and it said it wasn't tamable.... gonna try again now that I see I apparently was doing something wrong.

Please read the entire thread; If you were taming the ones that were staying in one spot, those are not tameable. You need the ones that run around the area.

I like the Cinderweb Broodling 'option'. It's like, you have a rare, and can tame a 'common' mob, but the common mob is just as hard to find as the rare. It makes more availability, without really making a non-rare for this skin.

To my knowledge which is from reading this, they are still tameable, and Worba's prediction (60/20/20 i think it is, 60% being clutchkeepers i believe) seems to be pretty accurate. Also, i just tamed the genuine Kirix so now i wont be complaining anymore that they arent spawning rofl

"Fixed"? If you read the whole thread then you might've seen the post where it's been confirmed that the tamable versions of the Broodlings and the Clutchkeepers are RNG'd based on how they spawn and is intended as such. Just keep being patient, they're bound to go skittering by eventually.

Broodlings can't be up when Clutchkeepers are and vis versa and then there are also some days where there are neither to be seen. :3

I can confirm that they are still tameable. I just got mine this morning immediately after hearing about it.

It's Friday and 6:15a Mok'Nathal time (4:15a PDT) and the tameables are up! Neither tameables nor clutchkeepers were up all day yesterday; the day before the tameables were up at 6ish and the clutchkeepers were up at 8ish for the rest of the day (the Wisp Away quest was replaced by Aggressive Growth too, so there was some 'event' that occurred after normal server restart).

Yup. It's like "5 spider colors, with 2.5 of them being shared between rares and commons".
