For all those Mac users out there, you can use Crossover games for RIFT ( as well as others games)
It works wonders, Mac os is not toucshed by killer windows and you still play do recommend

Whats this Crossover? Haven't heard of it before.

I dont think they have it broken up by Euro / NA / etc for RIFT. I forgot exactly, or else I think its a simple thing you can change to play. There isn't any different "versions" so you don't have to buy the game again or anything like that.

Crossover is basically a commercial improvement of the open-source WINE project. Rather than run a whole copy of Windows, it forms a conversion layer so that the program can talk to the system in Windows-speak and it gets translated to calls the Mac understands (and vice versa).

Unlike running a whole copy of Windows in a virtual machine (like VMware or similar), it won't necessarily work with every program but uses fewer system resources. They certify certain programs as working. RIFT is certified as Silver level; it works, but not without some (non-crippling) issues.

Yeah, the graphics are pretty low, but agree - i's better then nothing^_^
Anyhow, i found out that if you choose the region before instalation, it does display different realms afterwards, i chose Eu and now can't see your realm on my list:/

i believe theres a setting that allows you to change it. I'm not 100% sure though where its located
