Anyways I thought you lot would like a happy tame after the unhappy ones. Some time back I'd watched Karkin spawn on his highest point after a few hours' camp only to accidentally fall to my death and play a horrid game of graveyard ping-pong only to stare in despair as an alliance hunter tamed him by the time I finally got back to my corpse. Ghosts + guild perks + those rocks = not fun. I'd lost the heart to camp him after that despite his short-ish respawn.
I'd come back every now and again to half-heartedly check to no avail. Neither gem creature had been seen for ages by me or my fellow pet-centric hunter until she managed to nab Skarr moments before maintainance kicked in. Today I simply got on with my dailies, not expecting anything interesting to happen. In fact I was in a sour mood because the rest of the realm had decided to do their dailies at the exact same time making things crowded and nigh impossible to do anything quickly. Ran up to grab the druid dailies and completed a bombing run (after fifteen minutes... that's how many people were there at the time

Flustered I dismissed Lobo, my Skoll, and immediately attempt a tame. Derp. Saw the cast and remembered what I was supposed to do. I'm BM. I hit scatter shot out of desperation. It worked for a moment only for him to strike back with a vengeance. I end up at a decent graveyard first time this time, run back and res. Unbelieveably no one else is here. Quick spec change and a proper tame and I finally have my crab.
While Kwillix has a crab himself I'm still undecided about how I feel about them. However for now I will wander around with my newly-named Schorl and find out soon enough.
