Poor Banny

I was just about to log off, and then in gchat a fellow guildie goes, Hey, Feral, how do you tame Ban'Thalos? I quickly explained how to and went to his spawn point. Sure enough, Banny was there, as were two of my guildie and a troll hunter. One of my guildies pulled him down, guild hunter freeze trapped and attempted to tame. Then some idiot priest attacks and un freezes Banny. She then kills it. Then she LAUGHs at us. Then SPITS on us. As if killing poor Banny wasn't enough... I felt So bad for my guildie.

Report the priest. This is griefing if you are on a pve server, no matter what faction. Not to mention the harassment as well. Have a few people report her. If only one person reports her, nothing will be done.

Ugh that's terrible. This patch is seriously convincing me how much people suck. =/

I am surprised by how lucky I got. I thought I was unlucky and would never get my rares, but reading these stories makes me feel sick. I have every single 4.2 rare (I camped Deth 2 weeks and Ankha for 30 hours) and feel like shit because I can't stop the griefing from happening to other people. I put in my share of hunter tears and hours of camping, but I have never had a mob griefed like that from me. Sure, Alliance killed Deth on my 6 times before I could get him, but they usually just left. The emotes were just plain nasty and that IS harassment. Please report this person. Do not let the bitch get away with it.

Yup another mage decided that row of hunter waiting for Banny didn't matter and killed the poor bird. 2 times in the past 2 days this has happened....it is so sad.

I enjoy a good laugh, but doing things like that are NOT funny. Some (most) people put in HOURS for these pets. Blizzard should make them like Ghostcrawler is. Only available for hunters, not killable in any way by anything else. I loved that about Ghost. I'd see warriors try and beat him with their shiny sticks and heavy armor, only to get owned thoroughly. These should have been the same way. Ghostcrawler will always have a special place in my heart for being the only hunter rare meant for only hunters. No one even knows what Ghostcrawler drops because he's unkillable, like these things should be. Ban'thalos is a pain as it is, with his long spawn timer, tough trick to get him (unless you're practiced, or good at it. I went splat a few times myself), and many others wanting him. Grrrrrrrrrrr. Make him unkillable and undpsable by anyone but the person who tagged him. If they fail, fair game, if not, its all good, like Ghostcrawler. I watched a hunter try and tame him, but somehow died, and then I went and tamed him myself (prolly server first tame on him, since no one but me and that other bad hunter were out there and it was shortly after Cata release).

I am beyond convinced that patch 4.2 is THE douche-bag patch.

I saw that!! I am the blood elf hunter that was there, Euromyne. I reported the mage for griefing. Love how she had to brag in general 'suck it hunters!'. Real mature.
