I'd help but I don't have any good ones! Except for macroing /stopcasting before Kill Command, so I can fire it immediately.

For spirit beasts I have a macro of something like

/target "Chars name"
/cast Master's Call
/cast Spirit Heal(sp?)

which helps me use the spirit heal whenever it is off cd.

For other pets I also have

/target Chars name
/cast Intervene
/cast master's call
/cast roar of sacrifice

Nice macro's to have and they have saved my hunter a few times :P

Only one I have at the moment 'cos my Goblin PvP hunter is still a relative lowbie is...

/Cast Wing Clip
/Cast Disengage

Simple but effective, got me out of stabbing range of rogues many a time and leaves them nice and slowed while you get your bearings and shoot them in the face. I tried sticking a trap in there too but it didn't work :P

My gametime expired about an hour ago and i'm not renewing it, but I can dig up a few random macros that I use with my hunters.

===
PET
===

Spirit Beast - heal: if my mouse is hovering over a friendly target it heals them, otherwise it heals me.

MACRO 16777236 "Mend" Spell_lfieblood
/cast [target=mouseover,exists][target=Harkoa] Spirit Mend
#showtooltip
END

-

Pet skills on/off: looks like I made this more for PvE, but you change it so that it enables/disables the right abilities for PvP. You get into a habit of pressing this whenever you enter a BG/arena, then you know everything is set up correctly and don't even have to look.

MACRO 16777222 "Pet skills" Spell_Shadow_DeathsEmbrace
/petautocaston Dash
/petautocaston Claw
/petautocaston Charge
/petautocaston Rabid
/petautocaston Call of the Wild
/petautocastoff Spirit Mend
/petautocastoff Tailspin
/petautocastoff Cower
/petautocastoff Spirit Walk
/petautocastoff Prowl
END

===
KEYBOARD
===

Quick reflex/survival button: I have this set to key 5, I alt+5 to drop flares when i'm expecting a vanish from a rogue; I hit 5 for scattershot; shift+5 or ctrl+5 for deterrence, if you hit shift+5 a second time it will remove deterrence, handy for when you only want to use deterrence for 1 second to deflect a lava burst, or an otherwise single, hard-hitting spell, then straight back into dps to finish them off before they get healed.

MACRO 16777232 "Surv" Ability_GolemStormBolt
/cast [nomod] Scatter Shot
/cancelaura [mod:ctrl] Deterrence
/cast [mod:ctrl] Deterrence
/cancelaura [mod:shift] Deterrence
/cast [mod:shift] Deterrence
/cast [mod:alt] Flare
#showtooltip
END

-

Maneuverability / Pet control: I have this set to the ` key (to the left of the "1".) I press it once and it sets my pet stance to defensive and sends her in to attack; I hold ctrl and it sets her to passive which also calls her back; I hold shift and press this to use disengage, as well as my parachute cloak; I hold alt for master's call but i'm having extreme problems casting this on a friendly target, if I ever get back into the game I may decide to try and fix it (by adding the mouse hover mentioned in the first macro.)

MACRO 16777227 "PP/D" Ability_Hunter_Displacement
/petdefensive
/petattack
/petpassive [mod:ctrl]
/cast [mod:shift] Disengage;
/use [mod:shift] 15
/cast [mod:alt] Master's Call
#showtooltip
END

===
Mouse
===

Utility Mouse button 1: every single character that I play has the pvp trinket or human racial assigned to this same alt + <utility button> (they're buttons located beneath the middle scroll.)

MACRO 16777220 "Pet +" Ability_Hunter_DisarmingShot
/cast [nomod] Aspect of the Hawk
/cast [mod:ctrl] Mend Pet
/cast [mod:shift] Aspect of the Cheetah
/cast [mod:alt] Every man for himself
#showtooltip
END

-

Utility Mouse button 2: I hold alt and press this button to use camo, usually firing a flare with alt+5 around about the same time; it uses [Bestial Wrath] in tandem with the engineering [Synapse Springs] found on my gloves which have a 1 min cd compared to BW (I think BW has a 1.14m CD or some such - if you have the "Doom_CooldownPulse" addon then it will tell you when the glove CD is refreshed, which also lets you know that BW will be available in roughly 15 seconds.) All of my main aspects can be found in these two macros, so if I need to pop AotC for 1 second, switch between AotF/AotH, or slap on AotW for spell reduction I have instant access to all four.

MACRO 16777221 "N- (bm)" Spell_Misc_WarsongFocus
/cast [nomod] Aspect of the Fox
/cast [mod:ctrl] Aspect of the Wild
/cast [mod:shift] Bestial Wrath
/use [mod:shift] 10
/cast [mod:alt] Camouflage
#showtooltip
END

-

Middle Mouse button: this is probably my favourite one, it places Kill Command about 1/4th of an inch away from my right index finger; along with scare beast, so I absolutely wreck feral druids they're feared before they know what hit them. I placed Fervor on this macro because I think it's somewhat unappreciated in PvP and totally easy to forget that it even exists. If you're a BM then use it frequently, it's very handy.

MACRO 16777235 "Beast Coil" Ability_Hunter_KillCommand
/cast [nomod] Kill Command
/cast [mod:ctrl] Fervor
/cast [mod:shift] Rapid Fire
/cast [mod:shift] Focus Fire
/cast [mod:alt] Scare Beast
#showtooltip
END

-

I use similar macros for most hotkeys, traps for example:

Shift+1 = Trap launcher,
Shift+2 = Freezing trap,

Alt+1 = Explosive/Snake trap (spam to drop both), snake trap will root the target inside the radius of the explosive trap.
Alt+2 = Frost trap.

Hey! Sweet macros, thanks for sharing. Thought I'd add one to the mix that I haven't seen posted here yet: macro for pets' abilities (e.g., channeled / special). Since the character limit doesn't allow for all of my pets' abilities in a single macro, I've split them up and bound them to my T and Shift+T. The basic format is as follows:

#showtooltip
/cast [pet:beast]Ability

As an example, here are two of the macros I have bound to my T and Shift+T, respectively:

#showtooltip
/cast [pet:chimaera]Froststorm Breath; [pet:core hound]Ancient Hysteria; [@player,button:2,pet:Spirit Beast][@target,help,pet:Spirit Beast]Spirit Mend; [pet:beetle]Harden Carapace; [pet:crab]Pin; [pet:rhino]Horn Toss

#show tooltip
/cast [pet:beetle]Last Stand; [pet:crocolisk]Last Stand; [pet:rhino]Last Stand; [pet:scorpid]Last Stand; [pet:wasp]Sting; [pet:worm]Burrow Attack; [pet:dog]Lock Jaw

One of my favorites was to use my rhino's Horn Toss at Lumber Mill in Arathi Basin. :lol:
