Taming Spree for Other Hunters

During Midsummer Fire Festival, I had found many rare beasts while flying to the bonfires. If my route to a bonfire intersected with a spot where a rare tamable beast could be found, I'd explore every spot they could be found. Each and every single rare I helped another hunter tame. I think at the end, I had helped to find homes for 20-30 something rare beasts spread all over Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms and made new friends along the way! I had found Emberwing for one hunter who just started playing but she had was brand new and accidentally killed Emberwing. Of course, I didn't know that she was new beforehand and just assumed that she had killed him for the green gear that dropped. Because of this, I insulted her for tricking me but she explained that she was new before storming off, leaving me the green gear. I mailed the green gear back to her with an apology. Later, I found Vile Sting and helped her tame it. She loved the new pet and I promised her that I'd help her get Emberwing later. I had also found Grubthor and Ripscale and found a hunter that would tame both. After he tamed them, I challenged him to a duel and narrowly beat him. He thought I was pretty good for my gear and offered me a spot on his 2v2 arena team. I refused because I was going on vacation soon and didn't want to leave him alone with no teammate. Hopefully, I can join his team later. So now my question is, has anyone else gone on a taming spree not for themselves but for others? I don't mean helping a hunter tame a rare that you chanced upon. I mean specifically searching for rares for other hunters to tame.

Sometimes when I'm flying around digging up Kalimdor, I'll detour to spawn points of rares, and try to find them a home if they are up.
