Terropene Tame at level 81

I think this is actually a harder taming challenge at this level then the new 4.2 challenges, but this is proof that it is indeed doable, and I did it!!

It's definitely doable, but adds a luck factor into the normal preparations. My main hunter pulled it off without a hitch, my worgen hunter scraped by on the skin of her teeth.

I'd spent all weekend to get three of my hunters their Terrorpene at 81, first two perfect, last one I got all cocky & thought I had it one shot, boyo was I wrong, got em' the following night, but yep, it is a rough one at 81 have to time that abandon, ancient hysteria, potions, drums just right, & ya got yourself a molten turtle wurtle

I tamed him at lvl 84. Again, hard but doable. He is a pain when you don't have a lot of health or fire resist. Lvl 81...that should be a feat of strength! Grats!

My Drae Hunter got the server first Terrorpene at 81, but it was far less than graceful. I tried three times on my own before calling in a guildie Shaman and when that didn't work we called in yet ANOTHER guildie, a Priest with that awesome group bubble. With Earth Shield and Power Word: Barrier up, he didn't land any hits, and I got him without so much as a cinder out of place.

It indeed, is doable at level 81 but much harder. When I hit 81 I came prepared with a Spell resistant elixir, haste elixir, and a lot of Haste pots. I ended up getting him before a BH raid at 85, though >.<
