Need Some Suggestions

I just made a little Worgen hunter, currently level 20, and I realized that I still only have the little red fox I tamed. After a lot of browsing through pets, I thought I'd got with an "unwanted" theme for pets, taming pets that usually aren't tamed or are overlooked for whatever reason. Don't care if it's a rare skin/spawn, but would like a variety of the talent trees.

Any suggestions?

umm, Hyenas, windserpents, nether rays, sporebats, tallstriders, rhinos and serpents. you never seem to see to many of them around.

Scorpids. I almost never see scorpids. Or silithids for that matter. Especially the boss ones. Spore bats and Nether Rays don't get much love either.

when i hit 10 i like to challenge myself, go to northrend and get the level 7 druid looking pet. You could try... a bit over leveled but xD still be pretty fun

I dont see many Boars as pets around

Thanks for all the suggestions, and the links! Got loads of ideas for what to look for as I level. Decided to try to stick to darker colored pets, or earthier toned ones where I can.

Been a busy hunter today. First I ran to the Barrens and tamed this guy. Loving the Hyena run.


Also got myself a Tallstrider.


While flying into Ratchet, I saw a black spot under a tree. . .I wasn't planning on taming any cats, but it seemed to me like he was waiting there just for me.



While questing in a Furblog filled area, I came across Cuddles. She seemed lonely, being the only spider in the area, so I had to give her some love.


And Skip was feeling left out, so here he is.



My next adventure will be off to the Ghostlands to find a Dragonhawk and brown bat.

Aww, I tamed the Turquoise Tallstrider for my Worgen, too!

Also, maybe a hawk of some sort? The Golden Hawks are rare to see around, also Chimeras out of PvP.

Edit: I also think that the Jormunger Worms found in Dragonblight up in Northrend are rare to see, too. They're also 'poop-your-pants' huge, even when you tame them.

Aye, all I ever see now are devilsaurs, spirit beasts, cats, and spiders. I haven't seen chimaeras a whole bunch either, but it'll be awhile into leveling. Still something you might wanna consider.

I must say, hunting down these pets has been fun. Even better, I found a few pets I really like. I gotta buckle down and level so I can tame some of the other suggestions.

Met Methuselah here in BFD. Fell in love with his rather grumpy look, and his run cracks me up for some reason. *hehe*



Sniffle here. The boar idle animations are just too cute.



Confused many higher levels (and a few lower leveled BEs) while hunting for Magma.

I can't think of a time when I seen anyone with them as a pet. Also WHU loves them: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WhvvNGeHHME LOL this kills me each ime and was what came to mind first.

I use a dragonhawk and a semi-normal wolf as pets sometimes! So there are those of us out there that use non-new pets or spirit beasts!

You really don't see much spore bats, ravagers and serpents of late.

aww I heart bears but yeah you don't see them too much oh once you get high enough the undead eagle is not seen often but a very cool skin
