Incredible luck over the past two days..

Unread post by Flyra »

So, two days ago I FINALLY managed to tame The Beast. I'd literally tried everything to tame him and got killed about half a million times, as he throws you into the air and breaks the tame. I worked out that if I stood in the corner when he threw me I wouldnt move anywhere and it worked! ;D
A day later I reached level 74 and I decided to try and tame my very first spirit beast: Arcturis. As soon as I arrived I saw a level 85 Blood elf hunter camping for him. I waved at her and she kept sending me duel invites and we were sending unfriendly emotes .. after a while I thought I may aswell let her have him and got on with a few quests. A while later I was just flying over Arcturis' spawning place and he was there! And no blood elf.. I waited for her and she didn't appear so I tamed him myself which was a bit selfish. In the evening of the same day I came back again to find the previous blood elf and another blood elf who seemed to of just tamed him. Since I'm a night elf I couldn't understand what they were saying but I think she was upset as she'd been camping so long, even when I logged on this morning she was still sat there. So I went and said /sorry and sat with her for a bit. I feel bad now that I'd tamed him since she'd been waiting so long. I just hope she gets him soon. :)

“Marines I see as two breeds, Rottweilers or Dobermans, because Marines come in two varieties, big and mean, or skinny and mean. They're aggressive on the attack and tenacious on defense. They've got really short hair and they always go for the throat.”
