Solix you're one sly spider. *edited with two other tames*

Even after I got the challenge tames I wanted, I always check for rares when I'm in the Molten Front. Even if I'm on one of my druids. I've seen all of them at least twice, except Solix. Not even a glimpse since the patch came out. I wasn't planning on taming him or any of the rare spiders, it just wouldn't be worth the grief that's been going on, but I still like to watch other hunters go for it.

I was doing dailies on my hunter and ride by his spawn. I see a dot labeled 'Solix". So I rush in to see what was going on. Some gnome mage was kiting him around and ended up killing him while a hunter was trying to tame. Not sure if it was a accident but I only got a glimpse of this elusive spider. Well about a hour ago I log in on my hunter, just to see if any rares are up because I'm weird like that...Anyways I see that Solix is up so I go down to see if anyone was trying to tame. Someone announced in general that 'the rare red spider' was up, and I thought he meant Solix and some hunter said he was already there, but when I went in to see Solix there was no one there. I sat there for a good two minutes or so waiting, seeing as I wasn't planning on going for him. No one showed up, which surprised me. So I move closer, abdandon my black lion that I can pick up again and debate on rather to try. I already told my friend Jessibelle that he was up. I end up trying to tame. I didn't know how it went very well so I took a guess and began to kite him around using the frost traps.

I died probably three times and still no one was showing up. I spotted another hunter finally, but it was just Jess. She offered to help and I accepted. I don't even know why I was trying, but I've never seen Solix up close before and no one else was around. I died about two more times, due to my stupidness in handling my Deterrence. Other people doing the rune quest were showing up, one was a hunter but he didn't stay. I kite him again, with Jess helping. We get him to tamable level, but then I realize I had a problem.

He was trapping me in a corner and my Deterrence still had 10 seconds left until the cd was done. It was now or never. I hit tame and he starts wailing on me. It gets down to one second and I tame him just as he was about to finish me off. I was so shockedxD

I find this all amusing. Every time I enter Molten Front I always think of Solix, wondering if he's up, or if I'll ever see him in the wild. What I was not expecting was to tame him. I got lucky though. Jess told me Kirix and Skitterflame (It was only after I tamed Solix that I realized the person in general had meant him, not Solix ) were up at the same time, so I'm betting most of the hunters were over there instead. It felt like he was waiting for me to give it a go this entire time , I almost logged off instead of going to check rares. He's one handsome spider and I'm glad to be his owner. I named him Beldan.

Karkin just tamed, since I accidently abandoned him weeks ago. Wasn't expecting to get him again, seeing as there were always hunters there. I was sitting around with Jess while she was waiting for her Ank, and then she spawned. So I flew over to Molten Front for kicks and saw Karkin was up. Hoped on my hunter, flew to a stables master, switched specs, and flew back. He was still sititng there. Tame went very smoothly, nothing messed up at all. Glad to have him back.

And then another interesting thing.

I thought I'd press my luck and fly on over to
Uldum to see if Madexx was up. And he was. It was red to, which I likexD I've never seen him before, so it was nice.

You're welcome sweety! :3 I was checking for rares for Nightscharm and found him, saw you trying to tame and said "Well what the heck. Lets give Solix a home!". He's tricky and he hits like a beast. I was worried you wouldnt make it but you had like...3k health left when the tame finished.

Saw solix twice one day, then twice another third day i tamed it, all previous times were killed by the server griefer.

*paws* Should come to our server. We dont really have official 'griefers'. People usually kill stuff by accident or just weren't informed.

Still got the pet, and ive rehomed him twice since,
Also got Karkin before griefer could get to him thank god he couldnt rock jump worth a crap.
