Solo-able titles?
I have a buddy who has only been in game for about a year now. She's not done much or the old world content-because she gets bored going off on her own, but most of the things that she needs to do old world content in phases her out so I can't help her anyways.
She geared to start Cata heroics, and I'm geared to start FL raiding pretty much. We were in Blackrock Spire trying to find a pattern for her leatherworking, and I told her to stand back in the Rookery. Dismissed my pet and started running, broke as many eggs as I could and when I told her to start, we unleashed multishot on the pulls. My health only went down like less then a third and she had a new title!
Got me to thinking, are there any other titles that two hunters alone would be able to unlock for her, aside from the profession, Argent Tourney, Events and other normal solo'able quests? I'm starting to research it, but any tips would be great!

It's possible that the Seeker or Loremaster title might provide incentive for her to do more questing.
Explorer is an easy title the two of you could do together.
There are many interesting faction-related titles, and working on those together would make it less of a grind.

"of the Shattered Sun" is pretty easy to get. Just farm MgT for a few days and have gold ready to buy said title. Plus there's some cool loots to be had.

I love ambassador, which is definitely soloable. Diplomat is also a fun one, slightly harder but fun nonetheless.

Much gratitude to Spiritbinder for the signature and Vephriel for the avatar! <3

You could also go for the new Molten Front one, Flamebreaker. All the requirements can be soloed by hunters but the dailies go faster with two.

Re: Solo-able titles?
Bloodsail Admiral is definitely easier with a group, but if you park yourself in the right spot you can solo most of it - it's just kind of dull after a while because the strategy I used had me stand in one spot and take two/three respawns at a time. Yawn. Much more entertaining to grab some friends and blaze through Booty Bay and confuse all of the lowbies - just try to avoid questgivers.
I helped my boyfriend get his 70 druid the 'Guardian of Cenarius' title with about three days of farming, give or take a few hours and time for breaks. We farmed Cenarion Expedition rep from the moment he hit Zangarmarsh by doing all of the quests(+ the few in Blade's Edge) and running Steamvaults over and over and over for Armament turn-ins. After he hit 70 and got some shiny NR gear we went out to Silithus and(with a ton of help from Lupis<3) farmed cultists to turn in the texts. It's a lovely title and the first half comes with one of the nicest mounts in the game, in my opinion(Cenarion War Hippogryph). It is most definitely soloable, as are any of the other reputation titles really - but all of them go much quicker with friends.
Part of 'the Diplomat' comes with mounts(talbuks!) as well, and a companion pet(a baby sporebat if I remember right). I considered those incentive to keep farming - the fact that I got a title at the end just made the deal even sweeter. :P
I think I'm one of the few crazies who set out to do 'the Seeker' without actively doing Loremaster(thinking about that or the Exalted next!) and it's definitely a hell of a grind, but it's one of my favorite titles. If you do Loremaster you'll likely end up getting it regardless.

Seeker is definitely one of my favorite titles; even after I got Loremaster I still used Seeker. I think it's a great title for hunters, and it's a good expression of my gaming style. I've been enjoying Professor in 4.0, and I'm trying to stay focused on getting the Silithid mount, but will probably switch back to Seeker again eventually.Nubhorns wrote:I think I'm one of the few crazies who set out to do 'the Seeker' without actively doing Loremaster; it's definitely a hell of a grind, but it's one of my favorite titles.

Re: Solo-able titles?
Considering I solo'd most of the Glory of the Hero achievements, it may be possible to duo all of them.

Re: Solo-able titles?
I can confirm it should be okay to duo most of them. I've been working on it with my hunter and a paly (who's not yet geared for ZA/ZG). The tanking was shared about evenly between my pets and the Paly. A few of them I did have more people than that, but we did duo many of them.Ceravan wrote:Considering I solo'd most of the Glory of the Hero achievements, it may be possible to duo all of them.
I would suggest checking out http://www.wowpedia.org/Title . They list all the titles there, and you can see, all in one place, which ones you might be able to solo/duo

Re: Solo-able titles?
guardian of cenarius is a nice one. dont see too many with it and i think its a cake walk =) the "cen ex" in outlands is just a quest grind and/or just a few days of running the heroics. (there are 3 and you get a hippogryph out of it) and the cen Circle is easy. I think i hit exsalted in 2 days. a few AQ 20 runs then just kill cultists and turn in the stuff they drop =)
"the patient" is easy if you dont have it already. just pug some heroics.
