Feral's camp for TLPD

Okay guys. I'm going to begin camping TLPD. Isn't really gonna be hard core, cause I get 90% of my pets from random fly-bys. I want to play my Nesingwary alt, too, but I love proto drakes too, so I'm gonna park Feral in Storm Peaks and check once in a while.

I'll need lots and lots of support, guys!

Good luck! TLPD can be merciful but mostly he likes to watch people rage each time Vyra the drama dragon pops

also.. *rubs Loque for some spirit beast luck* ive started my camp for Arcturis which could be as epic as your Loque hunt ><;;

I really hope you get lucky on one of your fly bys! You should do, I seem to find Vyragosa more when I'm flying around. ¬_¬

Good luck with that. TLPD really isn't a random fly-by kind of thing though, my friend's been out there for a month and a half and the time-lost has spawned a grand total of 3 times in that period, once when I got it and he was offline, and twice when he missed it by getting summoned to a raid/going AFK for 2 minutes. Time-lost is REALLY shy on Kargath.

This camp is not going to be entirely random fly-bys. Some weekends I can do hardcore camping.

I got my time-lost by a fly-by.. but that's how I got most of my pets and two of my mounts, by not expecting it... maybe I'm going the wrong way with Aeonaxx

Right as I flew into Storm Peaks NPCSCAN went off for...Dirkee. Does she share a timer with TLPD / Vyra?

No. Ponderance stats on his website that Dirkee is a completely separate mob all together from TLPD and Vyragosa. :>

Found Vyra. Well, NPCscan found her. I couldn't find her. :/ Oh well.
Edit- Made a haiku about that darn blue dragon.

I spent months staring at the snow (it's so boring!!!) and then a random 'I wonder what's going off in SP' finally got me my Herby the Time Lost

Thanks Zhuge! And I totally agree with you. It's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo boring! It makes me nervous too, because I'm camping at the Frozen Lake spot. What if he spawns at Ulduar or Brunhildar? Drives me crazy!

If he spawns at Ulduar - he MIGHT make his way round to you! IF he comes over the snowdrift plains. Also, IF he spawns at the Waterfall he should make his way round to you

In theory, you COULD also see him IF he spawns at Brunn - make sure you have max view distance on.

All the capitals depend on varying factors - IF he spawns ofc, what direction he chooses and whether anyone else kills him before he gets to you

I've seen him twice from FL now. First time I missed him as a DK ninja'd him from under me (he had been killing the harpies for 'fun' -_-") Then 2 days ago I saw him right out of the corner of my eye after nipping into the zone for kicks.

My fellow camper got his from an Ulduar spawn that flew over the snowdrift plains, over an afk ally (>.<) camping on the FL and got his butt kicked near Brunn (where he was camping

Don't loose faith! If you're seeing Vyra's your doing it right
