The first is SAGE.
Sage is a Westfall Coyote and the first pet that Jaronn really clicked with. I love coyotes. They are smart, cunning, playful animals that are very, very good at survival and making the best of things.
The story is Jaronn came across a coyote pup in Westfall, recently orphaned due to a farmer killing coyotes that were after his sheep/cows. Unable to help himself, Jaronn adopted little Sage and she stuck with him for quite some time.

This is THISTLE.
I saw Ashtail when I was leveling in the area and just could not resist her. She was bright and beautiful, and I loved her intense eyes and color.
The story is Jaronn noticed an odd vixen while camping in the area. He started to leave her food and scraps from his meals, and eventually they formed a friendship.

The third pet to join his stable is BREGO.
Jaronn was out in the Plaguelands and ended up doing a quest on the Marris Stead, where the Blighthounds are. Inside the building, one was there but did not attack (it was bugged and caught in something). It would spin to follow and growl/bark, but did not actually do damage. Something about that just felt right and I ended up taming him.
The story is Jaronn found an injured mastiff amongst the others, not as infected or diseased as the others. Feeling sorry for the mastiff, he coaxed it to trust him and nursed Brego back to health.

The fourth is TOPAZ.
Topaz was a surprise. I decided I needed a tank pet and impulsively just picked a crab that was nearby whose color I liked. I am not a huge fan of bears or beetles, and the scorpids and boars just did not really seem suitable to Jaronn. I was too lazy to get my favorite turtle since it was late at night, so grabbed the pretty crab.
Maybe it is just PetEmote, but Topaz has really because a friend to Jaronn. She watches over him and frequently reaches up to gently take his hand in her claw. She seems a surprisingly gentle, motherly creature and very fond of him, which has rather firmly cemented her into his stable.
