The first pic is of Susu, my precious, precious long haired chihuahua that was my grandfather's last present to me before he passed away. I never thought I could ever have a dog again after Susu died. A few years later, there was a sign advertising cheap Shorkie (Shih-tzu/Yorkie mix) pups, so I figured I would go look at them, just to look, since I loved dogs so much. I fell in love almost instantly with a blonde male shorkie. He was a little scared of me at first, but a few days after being in his new home, he grew into a loving, wonderful, happy little dog, if a bit lonely. Shorkies are naturally social and frisky, and I felt he needed a playmate, so I looked on craigslist for a cheap, lovable dog needing a good home and that was good with other dogs.
I found a chihuahua, same markings as Susu but short-haired. I was really against getting her because she reminded me so much of Susu, but I met the seller and the chi took to me almost immediately. She loves being carried and will constantly scratch at my legs to get picked up. She plays wonderful with the shorkie. The shorkie is named Snickers and the chi is Maia. They are both fixed, so there will be no shorchis or whatever you'd call their pups. The Susu pics are old scanned photos, since I did not have a high quality digi cam at the time I took them. The Snickers and Maia pics are recent, as in, I took them within the last few months.

He is adorable though. Right now, he's curled up in a little ball on his doggy bed with his paws covering his ears, like my tv is too loud for him to sleep.
