I really feel like I shouldn't rant so much as I do...

That said...

Yes, we have an IC Facebook for our server. It is there to get people interested in events going on or RPs happening. If I post something at the first of the month mentioning that I am running a serial killer plot and am looking for parties to be in it, and nobody responds, then yes, I will primarily recruit people for it from my guild. That does not give you the right, now that the month is almost over, to whine that I 'never tried to include others' and that my event is 'guild exclusive'.

I have also posted details of it on my story blog. You read said blog daily. You could easily have asked from there. I have also mentioned it ICly to somebody that you RP with a lot. It is not my fault that their character never brought it up to yours.

To confront me about how I 'didn't make it open' and then admit freely that you sat and listened OOCly to a discussion about it but didn't approach because you 'didn't want to ruin my RP' means that you have no right to complain at all.

Where characters come to life...

All the H ZA/ZG hate I get when ever I bring them up. I don't find them as hard as everyone says they are. I kind of find them fun ZG more so. Maybe it's becouse I feel in love with the old ZG.

For me personally, I don't hate those dungeons - I haven't even run them yet (though my gear's been above min req for a week or 2 now)... the reason I've been putting it off is because of all the stories I've heard from others about the number of elitists who run them.

With randoms - even heroic randoms - people have been reasonably mellow in my personal experience.

Occasionally there will be a cantankerous troglodyte who freaks out after a wipe (never saying anything prior to the fight though - that would be productive and we certainly can't have that) and goes into a foaming, keyboard chewing nerdrage at the idea that this might (gasp) be someone's first time in the dungeon... but happily those kinds seem to have been the exception for me.

My worry about the troll dungeons is that they will become the norm.

But I suppose it's pretty much inevitable if I want better gear at this point...

I find ZG is a bit more mellow troll dungeon, lacking that pressure timer that pretty much is the big cause of the "elitist" attidudes in ZA.
Because of the pressure for running ZA within the time limit or groups fall apart, I dont que as tank for trolls. Though if the timer expires and the tank leaves, I am more then happy to switch to my tank spec to finish the run. I hate how there are just so many people that demand higher and higher dps in random runs. I admit, I do prefer a minimum dps lv for them myself (7k is cring, but 8k is alright, but under those I think a person should stick with heroics)

I get mad though when people kick someone from the group because they've never been there and dont know fight...how do they expect the person to learn them?? We had on healer who made it to the last boss in ZG, the one with the chains, and after the first wipe decided to leave so that we could find someone else who knew the fight. I tried to type out "how else are you going to learn?" but they left just as I typed it. The group was more then willing to teach that person...

ZG sounds like it might be fun - I do have fond memories of it from Vanilla.

But if you sign up for random zandalari, it could be either, right? E.g. so if you want to avoid the elitists you need to choose "specific dungeon" and forgo the random reward?

I accidentally took aggro on Mandokir and a tank called me an efftard and refused to taunt.

I'm sorry you died on the first decapitate and I ended up having to keep it off your healer that refused to heal any of the DPS...causing us all to die from AoE damage on the first boss.

Yeah it is frustrating to be DPS and not get heals. I don't even mean no heals for my pet - I can usually keep it propped up myself. And I know the tank gets dibbs, but... when you're fighting trash and your HP goes down 40%... 10 seconds later another 30%... 10 seconds after that *still* not a single heal, and finally you're forced to dip into your heal potions (mythicals go for like 20-30g apiece on my server), or leave combat so you can bandage... it's like "tank isn't the only player with a green bar ya know!" :|

I had this exact same issue two days ago. Que'd on my Fire Mage, we get to the 2nd boss, I get all my dots rolling...Tank dies to the first decapitate. So Im trying my best to "kite" myself away from the boss while he chases me around while the tank is being rezzed by the ghosts. Finally he rezzes, and I blink to stand ontop of him so he can taunt the boss. Instead he just lets the boss wail on me. I iceblock, and at this point Im mildly irritated. I ask "Taunt much?" and while he's now attacking the boss like he should have been doing says "Not when DPS pulls off of me." And Im just like "....."

They wipe, I leave.

Stupid bestfriends that are no longer best friends because of distance. It's years since things fell apart, and I met her this spring, but still. It's not the same as it were. Stupidstupidstupid. I miss you.

And I also got a call from a foreign number. Apparently it was connected to wow somehow, I googled it.

Edit: I think I just got a call from blizzard o.O

Tanks seem especially prone to "prima donna" behavior, in my experience -- and especially the thing of being really defensive when they screw up and blaming it on others, or alternatively just quitting when they screw up.

I personally think that I owe a dungeon group a decent effort to get through the place, which includes a few wipes sometimes. If the party keeps wiping because of the same stupid refusal to learn what to do, then eventually I'll leave, but otherwise generally not.

I seriously need to get better at accepting criticism.
And I need intelligent people to criticize me. -.- Sorry, but saying "srry but ur subjects look like ther… uh, doin it" doesn't really help me out. First off, no, it doesn't. I can't possibly think of a way the two things can be compared. Second, you've never posted ANYTHING constructive about anything I've drawn, you just derail massively and talk about your drawings instead. Let me be a self-centered ass for once, okay?

I.. I need to go to school. Being away from school won't earn me top grades. Fuck you school for being miles away, with only one bus departure a day. I overslept today, needless to say.

DO THE STUPID DISHES!!!!

They haven't done them since their party. The sinks are full. Yes, both of them. And so much so that I don't really even have the room to wash just one or 2 things without filling the sink. You SAID you'd do them yesterday. All you did was empty the water. I haven't even gone shopping, cause there's no way to cook around that.. Nor can I clean my dishes up afterwards. I don't care if it's a crazy week... you can AT LEAST rinse them, and stack them in a corner as opposed to taking ALL the sink space.

And no, I'm FAAAAR from perfect with my dishes.. They're kind of piled up down here right now.. but at least that's 100% my problem, and doesn't affect you in any way (And again... not like I can do them right now anyways...).

CLEAN THE DISHES!!!!!!!

Selfish people suck....My husband and I are taking care of his sister who recently got out of the psych ward for schizophrenic bi-polar episode. The big problem is she has a new baby (lack of sleep made her spiral) So we drive 2 hrs to pick her up each morning at 5 in the morning because she can't be alone with the baby until her med levels stablize, and then we have to turn around a few hours later and drive her back home because her self centered husband is too damn lazy to drive down here to get her after work. This is the same man who didn't go see her while she was in the hospital because the f'ing football game was on.
Because we have kids oursleves we have to bring her home with us so staying there is not an option.

Please don't get me wrong I adore my sister in law and have no problem helping in any way we can....but omg i want to smack her husband

Part of me really wants to tell this certain someone....."Is it just me. But when your having a bad day, and want attention and someone to lean on and talk to, vent, and feel better, that I have always been there for you. But when its the other way around, you'll find any reason possible as to why you dont feel like paying me any attention, or why you have to go do this, or why you need to sleep because your tired that, nearly as SOON as I start speaking to you? Why dont you just tell me I'd rather not help you because I dont feel like it and lets skip the whole excuse train."
