How big is...

Ghost Saber with a Tauren? I like to see someone with an 85 fem moo cow before I make the choice. I always wanted that little bugger.

I always thought they resized to the same size no matter what race had it.

They are the same no matter which race owns it, but I think she just wants to see it comparatively since pets always look tiny beside Tauren.

Exactly.

Mostly every pet is super teeny tiny next to a big fat Tauren XP

If you want a cat for a tauren, I'd recommend a lion, maybe even Sambas. You might just be able to pull it off with another skin, being a female tauren, but that would be my preference anyway...

I'm afraid I don't have any pictures of a female tauren with a cat, but here's a male tauren, which are a bit larger…

Image

Keep in mind that this is slightly warped, as the cat is a bit closer to the screen than the tauren! In general, however, I believe a full sized cat will roughly reach a tauren's waist.

I own Mr Sambas C:

Sambas seems a bit too floofy for any horde toon, imo. x3 He seems more...alliance-y.

If you want Qinni I can tame one on my female tauren huntress and post a SS???
She isn't level 80 but I don't think there is much of an increase after 75.

I agree that Sambas isn't a horde-cat, if that makes sense. He looks so alliancey to me. I just disliked his model and could not keep him on my hunter.

If you want a pet that looks BIG and remains big, go for a silithid, particularly boss Silithids, like the brain bugs. Also, worms are taller than tauren. As for cats...Skarr if you don't have him. He won't be any bigger size-wise, but he stands out with his bright red eyes and gemmed skin.
Part of Dark Magics, lvl 25 Horde guild, casual, helpful, don't raid, mostly help people and hunt pets.
Part of Dynasty, lvl 25 Alliance guild, casual and hardcore (your choice, no one forces you to raid, but you can), very helpful
Come on over if interested (Runetotem US, Horde name Sarantha, Ally name Ellysetta or Valeraud)

It's not a great screenie, but it should give you an idea of the size. Dawnsong is currently 73, so the kitty won't be growing anymore.

No problem! And yes, for some reason these ghost cats just look great with Tauren. I guess it's all the spirity business. ;) I know I wouldn't trade my Snow Glitter for anything. :)

He is very floofy - but he's also bulky, and next to a tauren that's a good thing imo as there aren't that many pets that don't look weedy next to them. What looks silly next to one race might have a nice fit with another.

For example I love The Beast paired with my male dwarf - he's been my solo'ing main since I tamed him back in wotlk. But I don't use core hounds on anyone else because I think they're too short compared to the taller races.

This isn't about wanting a big pet. This is about me wanting Ghost Saber. I wanted to see what the cat looked like with a Tauren before I gave up one of my pets.

I already have Skarr and Sambas and a Worm...*points at siggy*
