Ahh, the most wonderful time of the year! I've got my hearthstone set to Brill, the new look of the town sets the mood wonderfully.



The holiday got a small revamp with some really fun new quests (including a broomstick bombing daily of the enemy city!). Tricky Treats are now a currency which can be used to buy things such as masks, candy, fun items, and minipets! There's also a new quest chain that awards you with the most fantastic new pet - the Creepy Crate!

This adorably evil little box waddles after you, and if you bring it near a critter, well...

I love the crate, so very much. Reminds me the the trunk from the Discworld series. And It has the most wonderful series of idle animations as well. And very....interesting sounds.

The crate is awesome. Not just because of it's animations while idling, or the fact it eats critters. But because of the fact that it doesn't care how big the critter in question is. Watching my Creepy Crate eat cows and sheep is providing WAY more amusement than it should. ^_^

I completely forgot this started today! I'm going to have to make sure I get enough studying on campus so that I can go do the dailies at least tonight... (midterm on thursday though... so... booooooo)

Ayup. It dropped for me...on a character that already had it. Look in your pumpkin bag after defeating the HH and hope you get lucky.
