Will dummies screw hunters again?

I hope that this expansion, again, will have a person that will pay attention to hunters' requests, as well as use unused skins to make the world more colorful. I personally delighted in Cataclysm's explosion in color and variety, and I'm hoping that Mists of Pandaria will offer more of that.
