Music for Raiding
While I know exactly what kind of music (genre) to listen to while raiding on my Combat Rogue (heavy metal) and my Subt Rogue (Reggae), I've never actually found a musical genre that suits Daashi's DPSing.
Any suggestions of music that will suit with a Survival Hunter?

Dress your hunter in all different brightly colored gear and make him a raver. Then listen to rave music.

Re: Music for Raiding
I approve of trance music during raiding. I do the same sometimes.
Although I like to listen to music that matches the raid instance. I decided during ICC that the music in there sucked and I wanted a more creepy atmosphere, so I starting listening to this song mostly plus other songs from the same album.
For the first tier of Cata raiding, since the places and bosses where so diverse, I ended up listening to different tracks depending on what bosses we where fighting. I ended up with mostly music from Sonic Adventure 2 with a few other videogame soundtracks added in.
For Firelands, it's boring. I just put Magma Colosseum from PBR on repeat. All the bosses are too much the same to give them different soundtracks.

I really enjoy listening to E Nomine for raiding. They're a sort of German techno/trance group with a really neat sound.

Re: Music for Raiding
The big thing for me is that I need music that I can match my button presses to the beat. Liran gets heavy metal because it's so fast paced it can keep up with his Sinister Strikes. Ricky is Subt, which is more about precise timing than speed of button mashing, so he gets reggae.
I do think that trance, acid or electronica will work with Daashi, so I'll be trying it tonight. And I like E Nomine.

I useally play sometype of fantasy metal. So things like Iced earth,Hammerfall etc. They tend to have longish songs so they can play in a boss fight with out changeing songs.

Rock 'n' Roll Will Take You To The Mountain is srsly my ringtone. It makes me happy when I get a text from someone and I hear "Hello again to all my friends together we can play some rock n roll". I'm such a ridiculous Sonny/Skrillex fan ever since FFTL it's insane.
