I defiantly would say that the name was a Terr-ible Orpene-ion, but then I like a good pun too

I didn't know what to call mine either, but then i used him to take the parasites on Magmaw as an experiment and suddenly it came to me :O Shellmaw xD

I named mine, "Pyrrhus," which is Greek for (Pyrros) "flame-coloured, red", related to (pyr) "fire". http://www.behindthename.com/name/pyrrhus

I guess this name could work for other flame, red-colored pets in the game, too.

Why wouldn't you like the name Terrorpene? It means Terror penis! Who wouldn't like that? Seriously though, it's a terrible name lol.

Named mine Volcanoth after the same model in the lost isle that the goblins get stranded on in their starter quests. Name fits with the little volcano/smoke stack on its nose.

As for the creation of this topic, why does the name matter? You change it almost immediately after taming it, anyway.

It's the genus name for box turtles which are land based. Then there are the terrapins which are fresh water turtles like the red eared sliders seen in pet stores.

I always thought Terrorpene was a good name for the beast but I named mine Embershell, which I have never been totally satisfied with but still can't think of a better one.
