Lost in The Water World.

(ok, if any of you guys have done the starter quest in vash, that's the basic start to this story. so i'm gonna skip it ok?)

Uggg.... Pain..and the slightly calming sound of water.

"uggh!" i sit up quickly, too quickly as pain flashes across my body. I remember very little about how i got here, all i do remember is the big tentacles that shot up out of the water, grabed me

and my crew mates, and slammed me down on,the water and thats when i lost concussions. Now, looking around, i see this Naru person standing, tending to one of my crew mates. As i get up, He turns around a tells me to sit. "but, i need to find my animal friends" i whine out. Without them, i am nothing as a hunter. "I have not found them yet, but, they might be in safety on land, waiting to hear from you" The Naru replied to my whine. I looked around quickly, before getting to my feet. The Naru told me to go out and get some items, so he can make an item, that lets me breath. After i quickly gather those items, and I revive the rest of my crew, i set out to get some fresh meat, and to buy us some time from the Naga. Slowly, as i fight the Naga, My memory comes back, bit by bit. and now, i do remember what attacked my ship

That monster. destroyed My ship, Nearly killed me, and he's taken my animal friends. oh, How i'm going to murder him. Now, waiting out side, i find a lonely little crab, smaller then the others I've seen, just huddling under the ship. Some of the bigger crabs came, and started hitting her, picking on her for her small size. As i shoo the bigger crabs away, the small one cuddles up to me, It seems I've made a new friend. As i sit, in the semi-dry hull of the ship, I think of names for her. "Flareback?" She nods her head. No. "Waterflare?" same answer. No. "WaterFlower?" She looks at me, and give me a small nod. Yes. So meet WaterFlower

My new Crab friend. So, being lost in this water place, isn't so bad after all. Though, WaterFlower does want to See the legendary Ghost crab, Said to protect his Dead reef, even though his skin, and life, has long passed. "We'll get there in time, In time"I say, "In time."

(Lost in The Water World, Part 2)

In time, I Get used to this water world, but, i have grown tired of swimming, i need something faster. Sea turtle? No. It's too slow, and mine was lost to a shark. Ha Ha. Next, I let out a fish, into the current, and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, something took my line, and me. When i flew out into the current, I see what took my line. A Sea horse. And a fast and feisty one at that. As i "reel" the beast in, i see that it's a she. As i clamber onto her back, she wildly tries to buck me off. I cling on for dear life, twisting and turning with her, till she's tired. Then, she behaves, and lets me steer her back to the "safe" place. As i "hop" off her, she gives me a quick nip on the arm and swims off. I call out WaterFlower from where she is playing in the shallows of the cave. I talk to the girl in the cave, and she sends me out to get some of her items, that fell from the ship. As i walk out, and call my Sea horse, Which i decided to name Feisty, I look around at where i am. It's a beautiful little grove, with some red backed crabs, and plenty of marine life. The seaweed waved playfully in the current, and the coral blossomed in the sunlight that came down through the waves. When Feisty came swimming up, and saw my little crab buddy, she stopped short, and gave what seemed to be a quick a short bow to WaterFlower, As though my crab is some hidden queen of this water world.

As i swim out to go get the items, i see that even in this underwater paradise, there is still danger. Big mutant crabs, a human and crab combo, walk out, terrorizing the sea life. As i collect the items, and start to swim back to the cave, a crab ran up to me, and smacked me. When i slayed the crab, i noticed that it had a map stuck in it's claw. As i read the map, i see that there is a treasure if, i can slay the beast with the key. I swim out to find this beast, I search the waving plants, for a sight of this beast. WaterFlower suddenly give out a loud clack, She has found the beast. I eagerly swim over to her, only to find the beast dead, Slayed by somebody else, it's key lost. As i start to swim away in sadness, i spot something sparkle down below. When i check it out, i see that is was the key! I call Feisty over, and get on her back, following the map to the location of the treasure. When i cleaned out the chest that the treasure was in, i find another map, one that has me slay a great, wicked, monster snake. As i fight my way through the smaller snake horde, i see the gigantic beat looming a head. I pull the trigger back on my gun, and let the bullet fly. It strikes the snake on the tail, and WaterFlower rushes eagerly a head, to keep the beasts attention off of me. As the beast falls, i see the gold key hanging around it's neck. i quickly grab the key off it's neck, and swim down to the chest, buried in the sand. I swim back to the cave, and Give the woman her items, happy with what I accomplished today. I quickly dig a small hole in the sane, and lay my bed roll - that is still soaking wet - down, and watch as Feisty swims up into the shallows where WaterFlower was sleeping
