Tonka? I'm afraid my turtle-naming skills are lacking!
I love Red-eared sliders though, and that was quite kind of you to adopt her!

D'aw, today Cinemazoos adopting another one of those guys (also a surrender), hmmm... honestly i always think of ironic names for turtles... Zippy? XD They are really cute, i used to watch them on the banks of a pond that was in a neigborhood, they had koi in there too. Hmm.. what else.. Puddles? (

).. man, turtles are a lot harder then snakes and lizards for me to name ._.

Aw cute! I have a little red earred slider named William, after Shatner xD I rescued him too, from a friends friend who bought him then got bored. She threatened to go dump him in the river if I did not take him, which would be bad for not only the turtle but the environment as well, since they aren't native to where I live. They are such funny little critters!!

Names? Eeeh I'm not so good with names :p

Grats though. The needy adopted pets always somehow always hold a special place.. I love all my critters, but Nemo is extra special (Nemo is my handicapped crestie whom a breeder who was his 2nd rescue home gave me)
