Glaine's Leveling Journal! [Level 60!]

Quick update before college: I'm currently trying to go for the Winterspring Frostsaber while leveling, I'm level 53 at the moment and I just started yesterday. I didn't realise they'd nerfed the requirements for the mount, now it seems all I have to do is complete a daily for 20 days. Shouldn't be too hard and, apart from a guy I saw yesterday, I've never seen a character lower than level 80 with that mount.

I'll also be getting Tyrael's Charger this week due to the patch release and all, whoot!

Seems doing the dailies in Winterspring took it's toll on me. I simply couldn't go to Frostsaber Rock anymore without taming one of these beauties!

Mine is named Frostbite. She'll make a good looking and matching companion to the Winterspring Cub... and the mount when I get him/her in 17 days! (Provided I don't skip any dailies!)

Day 6/20 now for my Winterspring Frostsaber and I'm pretty excited. But in the meantime, everyone and their mother got one of these babies yesterday.

Male Worgen though seem to have some... issues with it. I mean, my poor Glaine's nose goes right through the back of Tyrael's neck. I think perhaps Worgen need slightly larger versions of this.

Same. It doesn't even look that bad from that angle! You should see from the side... It's just... o.O Worgen seem to have so many clipping issues...

I hope everyone likes my new signature/avatar I made, I can't wait to have my family of Frostsabers. ^^

And here's my newest companion too, whether or not she'll get replaced by Ban'thalos at level 85 I'm not sure of yet. Her name is Spectra. Now I have two wolves, two cats and two birds.

Level 60! I'm sooo glad I'm finally level 60, I got my first level in flying now at last as well as the awesome PvP set!

I gave up on fishing after 3-4 hours and all I got was stack loads of fish I didn't want and to watch a bunch of other people get theirs in like five casts. :/ So I'll try again tomorrow, cause I'll be off college due to flu/major horrible and annoying cold, and fish some more and hopefully get a little more lucky! After I gave up though I went to camp Pogeyan... He didn't wanna show though... The two other animal gods did, but not him, nope... Bleh, today has kinda sucked for me besides reaching level 60 (And finding out you can't transmog level 60 PvP gear, ffs Blizz -.-) so I hope tomorrow is better.

Well today certainly looked up from yesterday! Besides still being ill off college and missing all the fun, I finally bagged Pogeyan... after some... mistakes about his actual spawn point... And after a few extra hours of fishing for that Sea Pony, not only did I get that, but an hour or so before I also got Steelscale Crushfish for the One That Didn't Get Away achievement! I had heard that the fish could be found on Darkmoon Island via comments on Wowhead but I was the first person to see actually get it, I was so shocked but so happy about it!

And if anyone's wondering what on earth I did so wrong about Pogeyan's spawn point... Read this, I posted this on Wowhead, so this is just a copy/paste:

I feel like such an idiot right now... Please make sure you don't make the dumb mistake I did, not that you would, cause what I did was just... Plain idiotic! ><

I was sat there, around four hours last night and three hours this morning while I did assignment work for college, wondering why on earth Pogeyan wasn't spawning. I'd seen Mahamba spawn twice already and Tsul'kalu once, so where on earth was Pogeyan?

After some hours a paladin whispered me to ask if I was killing mobs and if I happened to find the Razzashi Hatchling if I would trade it to him for some gold. I told him I was camping and he straight away assumed I was camping for Pogeyan, he told me he'd killed it an hour or so ago. I laughed and told him that wasn't possible since I'd been camping on his one spawn spot for three or so hours now and again he told me, and he was serious, that he'd seen and killed it, he described what the cat looked like and everything so he obviously knew what he was talking about.

I decided to assume that he was right and I was wrong, and that I'd been camping in the wrong spot the whole time. And I was wrong, because I asked him to take me to where he found Pogeyan and as soon as we got there, bam, NPC Scan in my face, Pogeyan. The paladin kindly let me take him as a pet straight away and I couldn't thank him more. I would have given him some gold if I actually had any, but I was only level 60 and had just spent all my gold on flying.

So where did I decide to camp, DESPITE looking at the points on the Wowhead map before camping? I was pretty much round about where Tsul'kalu spawns, only a bit further west, around where the bridge and the tigers/panthers were. I could have sworn that's where the Wowhead map told me he spawned and I swear I'd seen him there before. But looking at where I actually found him, I felt like such a moron! Even further west was where he actually spawns, which is a bit of a distance away from the two other rare troll gods. Then I realised it was in that spot instead I'd actually seen him spawn... Heck, so much time was probably wasted by camping there. But I'm not too disappointed by it. I mean, I could have been sat there for days still with no sight of him if it wasn't for that paladin.

Now... back to fishing for that pesky Sea Pony who also refuses to show, and I know I'm not in the complete wrong place here considering I've been standing right next to other people fishing who've got theirs before me! (Let's not make this silly mistake again!)

Thanks Rhyela! And I know about that, it was a problem I had with Imgur, and one reason I'm planning on making a new thread anyway and so I can focus more on mount collecting. ^^
