wayyy back when lvl 60 was the max lvl, you could obtain a nature looking bow and a staff, all hunters only, obtain during a questchain. all i recall is that i went to felwood for a part of the chain.
question.. does that bow/staff still exist? and if yes, how do i obtain it, and 3rd.. is there a leafy transmog outfit which will go with the bow and staff

It is no longer obtainable, sadly. This was changed in 4.0.0, and it was quite depressing. BUT. there are lookalikes, so if you do want it, you can use the lookalike.

Lok'delar (the staff) isn't actually very planty... it's just a generic staff with a green glow (like an agi enchant).
However, if you want a staff with the plant growth of Rhok'delar (the bow), you can try for this one in heroic Auchenai Crypts.

Yeah I agree, the staff is kinda boring. I'm using it because I haven't gotten around to farming the Draenic Wildstaff.
Someone linked a bow recently that reminded me of the style, pieces of wood wound together with leather straps and such. I don't have time to look for it now, but I think it was out of Northrend, a green drop. If you want the leafy type hunter, then I'd suggest the Savage Glad set with the Draenic Wildstaff and that bow.
