So, I have collected all the rares/unique skins I wanted.

Basically I have collected all the rares that I set out to chase down, and now my stable is full...I have 1 wolf and 1 normal old lion that I will NOT abandon, they've been with me since I was level 18 3 years ago. I cannot bring myself to abandon my rares either, even though there's technically no NEED to have all the Spirit Beasts available. I have already abandoned Solix because I needed a ravager...

My happiness is clouded by this, so I suppose I will just keep on hoping for a bigger and smarter stable system in MoP, considering all the rares they've added so far and that they surely WILL add in MoP.

Does anyone else have this very same "issue"?

I have had this issue in the past. Well, turns out, most of them I didn't like because their "unique" skin, wasn't to unique. Take Skarr for instance. I see him around all the time. Don't get me wrong, he has a pretty sweet model, but I kept seeing him all the time, and honestly, I didn't bond with him that much. Now, this isn't the same for everyone. I tamed my King Krush again, because I liked Devilsaurs, but I didn't like Honey, my White Devilsaur who I replaced for Krushy. My advice personally, is take the ones you have bonded, and stick with them. That's why I still have my White Bear Asheila, who may not be rare, but is still my baby ^-^

same here. I have a condor (one of the blue ones) that I love, and I have Never Ever PVPed with out my white croc, Snapfire. Though I've tamed all the MF rares(minius Ahnka) with in two days of dinging 85, I'll probably only keep Magria, banny, solix, and Deth.

I had the same problem. I had a stable of rares bar a few sentimental pets and I didn't use half of them. I mostly liked the challenges but I didn't need all the spiders nor all the spirit beasts! In the end I let Jadefang, Karoma, Ghostcrawler and the green and yellow spiders go. I've never used a shale spider and really my fav spirit wolf is Skoll anyway.

Keep the ones you bond with If you want them later can always go hunt them down, heck thats half the fun of finding rares

i avoided spiritbeast for now, since i rarely run as a bm. The only bm pets i got is Krush, the golden worm and the rare white chimera, and tbh Krush and the worm is the two bm pets i could not see my self let go of, but the chimera would get booted out if i needed the room (still got 7 spots free). I found that i bonded way more with the non bm rares, lile Araga, Pogy and Old Cliffy then i did with my bm pets

but as the rest say, keep the ocnes u feel a connection too, and let the others go. eventhough it can be hard

Even though I'm BM, the vast majority of my pets are non-exotics. I only have two spirit beasts (and even then, it took me a long time to want to tame and bond with a second one *pats Shiranui*), two devilsaurs (after I tamed Apollyon (KK), I just had to tame his "little brother" Abaddon (Mosh)), aaaaand.....oh yeah, a silithid. Oh and a core hound. The silithid and core hound I almost never use, though. So, six out of the twenty-one or so pets that I have are exotics, the rest are all regular pets.

I went and tamed a lot of the rare uniques at one point, but I couldn't bring myself to keep most of them. I just personally am not a trophy-pet kind of hunter. I want pets that mean something, no matter what shape or size or how unique they are.

I have the same issue on all of my hunters. I can't resist taming them all! And I can't seem to let go of any of the 4.2 rares, as I play with and enjoy them all. I did, however, learn to not care about at least a couple of the spirit beasts (Gondria and Ghostcrawler specifically... and all of my hunters have Arcturis and Skoll but I'll probably be letting them go as well). There are so many spirit beasts I like that it really has started to feel silly to me to keep them all just for the sake of the collection when there's honestly no way I would ever want to use any of the aforementioned 4 ahead of Loque, Ban'thalos, Karoma or one of the new cats, whose looks and colors I much prefer. And after getting green Madexx on both my other hunters I decided that I really just don't like him as much as I thought I would; I much prefer red and blue and will always use one of those colors over green. My other hunters have given me an opportunity to figure out which pets I REALLY don't click with, and which pets I really enjoy, so hopefully I'll have less stable anxiety this time around. I love the thrill of the hunt but I'm also to the point where if I don't enjoy the actual look of the pet (how many of them I see around town has no bearing on this either), I don't want to keep it, even if it is rare. So hopefully I'll find more room in my stable for some lovely common skins this time around. I'd like to have at least 4. And like one of the posters above me said, if I do want the rares back, finding them again is half the fun Good luck!

I had the same issue a while back. I had managed to 'collect' all the unique rares in the game, but it came at a price. I completly ran out of stable room, thus had no room for beasts that appeled to me.

I say collect because that's what most of them became to me...a collection of trophy pets to show off. There was no other appel to me then to say 'hey look, this one is rare'. Truth was, I rarely used most of them, and they sat in my stable where even the small appel of showing them off was washed away.

So, what I ended up doing was pulling those out I didn't use or bond with, took some fun screenshots and ran around with them for some time. If I didn't feel any spark between us they were released. This way I still have images to say to myself 'yup, I tamed that rare', and they are not in my stables collecting dust.

I now have plenty off room to try out and tame new pets that really appel to my taste
