The Christmas Present Thread!

I am going to have to wait a bit longer for my art tablet, they were out at futureshop, unless I wanted to get a $300 one...but I can only afford a $200 one. Hopefully they will have them in again by weeks end, I will have to keep checking.

Which one you planning on buying? The Bamboo fun tablets shouldn't be too steep in price? x3

I got my Bamboo art tablet from Amazon for £40. o: You're probably looking at something a bit more professional though, but my tablet does what it needs, it's really handy, smooth, useful and I've never had any issues with it. I much prefer to do my art with a tablet than with paper. I'm interested now as to what kinda tablet you're trying to buy.

I think it was this one that I was looking at. I only went in the store briefly to look at price range. I looked at some of the inexpensive ones, but they felt cheap, and some where already breaking. So I wanted to go with one that would last, but wouldnt break my bank, so looking at ones ~$200.

Both of mine are Bamboo's. The one school gave me is smaller but easyer for taking on trips. They are good.

Most exciting present was a DS Lite. Our old one died and we had the 3DS (My dad's) and an old, old, old "clamshell" gray DS that was breaking. So I asked for my own DS Lite and got one and I'm very pleased with it. <3

I love reading what everyone got this year.

As for me, I got a pretty ocean-themed charm bracelet, some badass new boots, a really cool lamp for the apartment, some Daisy perfume, and some nice clothes.

I agree with the others; there is nothing I got this year that I won't use. :]
I actually prefer not giving family suggestions for presents for me, since I really like trying new things and am able to discover styles/trinkets that I would have never picked out by myself.

But it's hard!!!

It's so nice reading about the presents people have received, tells a lot about the families and the people.

My loot this year included SW:TOR, Series 2 of Downton Abbey, The King's Speech film, the book Goodbye, Sarajevo, a history book about Catherine de Medici, a Roald Dahl wall calendar, 170 quid, a make-up bag and two moonkin pets for both my accounts.

I am very happy with the haul, I have to say!
