Since the patch, I noticed that my cache folder enGB is empty. I thought, maybe because I haven't logged in yet. But it's still empty! Then I searched my laptop for the creaturecache file, and it didn't find anything.
*panic*
The end of npcscan detection? Or is it just me?
Where's our Cache Folder contents gone?

It has data in mine, and I loaded the patch yesterday.
EDIT: Actually that's not quite right - I have enUS, so my experience probably isn't relevant here...

I've always just deleted the entire cache folder for NPCscan. Never affected anything in game for me. Still doing that now with no problems.

Re: Where's our Cache Folder contents gone?
Ok, I'm happy to say that this morning the cache files were back in their folder. Sorry for being all panicky
with the latest changes in game, like Vyra not aggroing on spawns even if the player character is levels below her, or Ponderance saying that time-lost wasn't aggroable, nor attackable by him with three chars that had time-lost already (which is a good thing on one hand)... ah well
Re: Where's our Cache Folder contents gone?
Actually, I think the folder gets automaticly deleted during patching. I have noticed over the years of using this addon, that after each patch my cached list of NPC's is reset^_^
Don't panic!
