Is the monkey CC Bad manner on the same DR as scatter shot?

Sorry I've just been getting a lot of conflicting information about this on google.

I was wondering if someone with experience could clarify if the monkey stun shares Diminishing returns with, stuns, scatter, or all disorients except scatter before I sadly abandon one of my pets to go get one. (I have a full stable/list off lovely pets sadly, or else I would go tame one myself right now to test).
