Addition to the Forum Rules?

You would think this is self-explanatory and didn't need a rule though. I mean, that's good common sense rule number one: If it ain't yours, don't claim credit for it...:\

But if people out there are...immature and idiotic enough to be told by forum rules that they can't steal art even though it's sort of common sense, then ah well. I don't know. I guess I overestimate people.

If you're looking at it a sheer punishment perspective, I would imagine the users would get some sort of warning or something. Immediate banning or suspension seems a bit extreme.

Punishment wise maybe like a message and the post deleted, message being a hey kid don't steal or message saying give credit bro!

I agree with this, and the people who have plagiarized artwork need a warning on their account. It's completely inexcusable and you should KNOW it is bad to claim artwork as your own. This doesn't just go for drawings, either. Sculptures, photography, writing, etc. I know of at least 3 seperate occasions where people have thefted work that doesn't belong to them..something needs to be done.

Thats why I said confusing :c It is hard to source somethings like say if I messssageeeeeeeed erm D: Nilli about her sigs background (only one i could see with a BG at the time no aiming it at you nilli ... your just ... sig... D:)
Anyways if I asked her where the BG image was from Im sure I would get a reply like oh from google lost the link just google deepholm ... I think if people reply like that its ok they ain't claiming it but say I got a reply like 'Oh yeah took me ages on photoshop' thats a no no and should be punished!

Actually the background image was taken by me. None of the other google images sorted it at an angle I liked, so I took my own alt + z and angled my camera (whilst Aeonaxx camping so he could have spawned right then and there btw xD) and hit printscreen. It's a taste of my view on how deepholm was during my 4 month camp there, but ultimately it belongs to Blizzard. The cropping and other things totally goes to credit to Rongar, I cannot fathom how he does such amazing signatures.
