I've got the ruthless set + nesingwary 4000 and a sonic spear, with ice goggles, and i'm trying to find a better armor set, and tabard to go along with the set, but i can't find any blue sets other than t5, and i ain't having luck there yet



If anyone has suggestions, black ice would match the gun perfectly too, but yeah rng hates me

Here are two shaman tier copy sets that are blue.

Try to find a leatherworker who has the patterns from the vendor in Dalaran. Among them is a VERY pretty blue mail breatsplate with a matching belt.
