I had a really rough day at work on Sat, so ended up crashing really early (was tryign to read but fell asleep oops) anyway...
Woke up sunday morning at like 2 am... was hanging with some guild members in vent, and playing on a lowbie. Did my dalies at the 4 am reset... and then started browsing petopia for pet info, as a guild member was asking what colors he could catch a gorilla in for his tanking pet. So I started browsing exotic familes and I noticed that the Chimaera family had 2 colors I hadn't seen before, A blue and white armored one, and a green lion mained one... doing some research I found they were re-colored rare spawns, and decided to go see if I could find The Evalcharr, the very cool looking green one.
So I flew down, and spent... oh a good hour combing hte area, cheking spawn maps online... and decided to call it and work on my rogue a bit. Kept checking all day sunday, but no pretty green rare. I even added his info into NPC scan, just in case, but nada.
Spend the morning today, Monday, with my family, and when I got online was helping a friend make a minecraft skin. I then decide to do my JC dalies (i have 3 JC so >< yeah ... but only missing 4 of the cata epic cuts so yeay). Thinking to my self, well I cna go back to SW and then port to hyjal to fly back down and look for my pet after I do my daily, I log in and NPC scan goes off. He was sitting right next to where I had log'd out, same as with Loque last year (though was cutting gems that day). So I guess taking JC on Sib was very lucky.
Anyway, thank you guys again for making this awesome website, it's helped me get a number of beautiful rare or unique looking pets.

Congrats on this beautiful pet. I had been searching Azshara yesterday and the day before for herbs and was hoping to get a glimpse of him. I have never seen this pet tamed or in the wild, but I didn't have any luck. So if you want, add a screenshot here for me to see
