I pondered this very idea for myself and my own characters and this is what I've come up with so far ...
1. My Tauren Hunter, Khau, would be portrayed by either one of two possible talents, Michael Clarke Duncan or Ving Rhames.
Both actors possess the physical prowess to best represent a Tauren imo and are excellent performers in their own right. Michael Clarke Duncan (pictured left) is known from such films as Armageddon, The Green Mile, Planet of the Apes, Daredevil, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, etc. Ving Rhames (pictured right) is known from such films as Pulp Fiction, the Mission Impossible movies, Con Air, Day of the Dead, etc.
2. My Human Huntress, Saerra, would be portrayed by Kate Beckinsale.
3. My Forsaken Huntress, Synestra, would have to be played by the infamous Helena Bonham Carter.
Her past performances in such darker films as Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, Planet of the Apes, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince plus Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, part 1 and 2, etc. practically makes her a perfect candidate to play an Undead character imo.
That's all I have for now but I'd like to see who you guys would cast for your own Hunters and Huntresses. It'll be fun and interesting to see the collaboration of Hollywood stars everybody can come up with!
I used to roleplay on forums when I was in highschool, so I spend a lot of my time thinking who would play my hunters or even myself (Amber Tamblyn ftw? yes) because we used celebrities to represent our characters.
