Possession: An Introduction
The girl’s facial features started to twitch. Her eyes went back and forth from one side to the other. Her cinnamon hair also, started to twitch. It slowly became a pale brown.. Then to pure white. I stepped back from what was happening. Gillian was gone. Now there was only Demonfang.
Demonfang was a Imori. A demon of the light. Almost like a depheliphi, but much more powerful. Demonfang, was a captain of the Summoner’s army. His powerful possession powers, his strength, and his knowledge, all lead him to be one of them. But, he soon set out on another quest. The quest to finally kill off the last Tsuki. To kill off our hope.
“HEEHEEHEE” the former Gillian screeched. Her eyes had gone solid white, and flickered. Her hands were no more hands, for they were sharp, white claws. And her teeth… those were sharp like Jadyn’s, and seemed to glow white, as well. I wasn’t looking to stick around, so I ran. Ran past everything.
Suddenly, I felt pain on my face. I didn’t notice it at first, but I was on the ground. I started to get up, but then I saw her. In her demonized form… but something wasn’t right. She only had one claw, and one eye was glowing. Blinking rapidly, I got up and got my Katana.
“Gill.. Please fight it… Please…” I whimpered in the evergrowing darkness.
“I.. I cant Durness..” her real voice bellowed. It sounded almost otherworldly. Her demonized half suddenly screeched, “DAMN YOU CRONIN.” It’s voice, was heavy, and malelike.
“Durness please…” she started in her human tone. “Finish the job…”
I knew what she meant. I had to kill her, and return her to the Crystis form. And untill someone could kill Morrigu, she would be stuck there. Wiping away a few tears, I charged at her. The silvery blade ran through her like butter. Coughing up blood, she slowly turned to me, in her full human form, and spoke her dying words, “Thank you Durness… we’ll meet again soon, after… after you and the others finish off Morrigu..” Slowly, she started to vanish. I could only make small whimpers, as this happened. I had just killed my best friend, my love interest, and the leader to the Omega’s sister… Now what was I going to do…
