Ugh ..... am I 'wrong' for ...........

Am I wrong or 'bad' for not wanting to spend time with my boyfriend to go home and play WoW????
I am at his apartment on my netbook and foaming at the mouth to go home and play. Yes WoW is installed on my little netbook but the game isn't as smooth simply because the video card on this little system is not high enough level to run the game. I mean yes I could suffer through it really. But why. My badass Sony is at home. Not to mention my good monitor is also at home and my little netbook only has a 10.1 LED screen.

Haha, this is the exact reason my boyfriend and I are both geeks. xD If we didn't have our two computers next to each other to play WoW we'd probably kill each other over it.

I don't think it's a bad thing per se, but make sure he doesn't get too lonely.

I agree. Some couples can get away with not sharing some interests and hobbies, but some interests and hobbies really need to be shared. The two above are two of those things that I believe are integral to a successful relationship.

I dragged my partner into WoW, she was never an RPG player, but she's excellent at strategy games. I got her hooked on WoW and now we play together. If not for this, there would be no way I could play.

And yeah, we'd have split up long, long ago if we both didn't share a love of animals

Just a bit of an update. I ended up not playing. Strangely enough that's one of the very very few things he and I do not share in common. He doesn't care if I play WoW or not. I can play on my netbook at his house it's just a little tiny bit choppy simply because the video card is not a gaming card. So I could have played I just didn't want to play on the wee little laptop. But no he doesn't keep me from playing there nor is he a bad boyfriend in that respect.
He's never been into video games. I guess he's a bit hard to describe in that he's not a jock, not even close, but not a full blown geek either. He loves techy stuff and is extremely mechanically and technology literate. Eh enough about him

The important thing is that no he doesn't keep me from playing. I was just being snotty because I didn't want to play on my wee little laptop because it's just a little choppy. Sorry to have not really relayed everything. I've been in a lot of pain because of having dental surgery on Friday so my head isn't to clear thinking at times.
