The one that grabbed my attention was the Glyph of Mirror Blades, which functions just like the survival talent but will now be available for all specs. Personally, I think this is awesome.

Minor Glyph:
Glyph of the Mounted Pet
~Your active pet is now able to be rode on as a ground mount. Scales accordingly 60%/100%. Available out of combat.
Since druids are getting that Stag glyph to allow other characters to "mount them", I thought this should be the next step in line.

Prime Glyphs are "gone" from the game, we only have Major and Minor glyphs now. Some of the Primes where converted to Majors, modified to be a new glyph, or just removed entirely.Kikanu wrote:Glyph of Animal Bond - Major most likely. If not, minor.
Glyph of Endless Rage - This seems too good to be anything other than a Prime.
Glyph of Tame Beast - most certainly gonna be a major at best.
Glyph of Mend Pet - Totally a Major. Probably good alongside Glyph of Mending.
Glyph of Camouflage - Totally a Prime.
Glyph of Icy Solace - Makes sense to be a Major. Good for dungeons with pesky aoe dudes kicking out CC.
The rest seem great, but these...these I like. I won't play my hunter for damage anymore, but for having fun. I don't care if I do crap for dps, I'll have fun with these.
As for my Warrior Main:
Glyph of Burning Anger: I don't care what slot this takes. I WANT IT.
Glyph of Cleaving: I'm Arms, and I approve of more AoE. Most likely a Prime.
Glyph of Enraged Speed: This could be handy as hell, but situational.
Glyph of Mortal Strike: Would be nice for clearing old raids. I generally tank in Arms spec.
Glyph of Gag Order: YES. I love Gag Order as a tank, but as Arms it will be handy. Major?
Glyph of Heavy Repercussions: Shield Slam as a tank deals a lot of threat. Giving it more threat AND damage? YES. Major or Prime.
Glyph of Shield Slam: A spell purge? For warriors? ALL OF MY GOLD.

Not really if you think about it. Most tamable pets actually have a mounted animation. Especially the birds, cats, wolves, turtles, raptors, devilsaurs, Hyenas (yes see Uldum pgymies)... I'm sure theres a lot I'm forgetting. But yeah, a lot of pet families have mount-able skeletons they use.
Note that I said *most*, not all. XD But I mean, they can meet us halfways right? ;D *wishful thinking*

I had no idea that this was the case, thank you for dispelling my ignorance. (not being sarcastic at all)Rikaku wrote: Most tamable pets actually have a mounted animation. I see they fused Beast Mastery with the pet part of Longevity! It makes it a bit easier to swallow to see it remain as the lvl 69 skill. Also, didn't Ghostcrawler say that they would most likely just totaly remove the pet talent trees and make them auto learn everything their spec offers? That seems better than keeping the outdated talent tree model since players are losing that one too.Protego wrote:Uh oh, not looking good for pet talents! http://www.wowdb.com/spells/53270-beast-mastery (the 4 talent points have been removed)! Got this from the Hunter message board on MMO Champion. They could pop-up, some time, elsewhere. I dunno. But I take that as a bad sign.
I believe he did. So no reason to panic.Shinryu Masaki wrote:I see they fused Beast Mastery with the pet part of Longevity! It makes it a bit easier to swallow to see it remain as the lvl 69 skill. The Cheetah one seems to be a pvp-oriented glyph--a theme I've noticed with those is that you get x, but give up x to do it...and it's up to you to decide if the tradeoff is worth it.MaximumOverdrive wrote:The only have one that kinda disappoints me is the cheetah glyph. I thought they were removing the daze part of the spell, but you now have to glyph into it? And it puts your other aspects on cd? Not sure if it applies to pack but it sounds like were still where we used to be with those two aspects. The rest of the stuff sounds cool tho (shorter cd on BW? Awesome.).
Well, I just remember them saying (I think at Blizzcon) that they were going to remove the part of the cheetah/pack that dazes you and instead just removes the speed bonus (so you run normal speed), but I guess they backtracked on that. Several people in my group were looking forward to no more aspect of the daze too.Ziarre wrote:The Cheetah one seems to be a pvp-oriented glyph--a theme I've noticed with those is that you get x, but give up x to do it...and it's up to you to decide if the tradeoff is worth it.MaximumOverdrive wrote:The only have one that kinda disappoints me is the cheetah glyph. The Iron Hawk ability you listed is that because the talent aspect of the iron hawk was chosen from the tree or is it a base spell now along with the reduced damage taken?
The Barrage spell and the Beast cleave are these spec specific or can any spec use them?
