Which exact untameable beasts would you tame?

Theres this 1 Aqua Hydra in Ashenvale that I always run to and check to see if hyrdas are tamable every patch. She caught my eye when I was leveling my shaman and I really really want her on my hunter. I might get a ss of the one Im talking about when I log on tomorrow.

But in all seriousness, there's never really been one specific mob as such for me, unless it was a rare. I would love talbuks to be tameable though.
