It should, however, be clarified that there's still no ETA on when they'll actually be implemented. All we know so far is "not by launch."

They implied that they're already well into the process of revamping dwarves, though.

Actually they said dwarves should be ready by launch...they're pushing for it.

IIRC, what they said was "at best, dwarves might have been ready" (emphasis mine) by launch.

That doesn't sound like they're "pushing for it" at all. In fact, it sounds more like they're deliberately not rushing the models.
