i keep peeking into my email to see if it pops up XD the account i believe began half way through TBC cause i remember creating a blood elf a half year after TBC came out and she hit lvl 70 and then i began leveling a druid and got her to 70 and began to transition her feral gear into resto gear and then WotLK came out and i went boomie and ive been heavily active during that entire time with the exception of an occassional month here and there

CHeck your battlenet account too I have yet to get my e-mail but the beta was on my battlenet

Your best bet is to check your bnet account before your email, my bro got his on his account way before the email was sent. So just watch your bnet account.

It showed that i had the beta and im copying over my alliance 85 hunter but when i loaded the beta its still saying 'initializing' and still at 0% and its been about 6-7min now (the second i saw a response to the thread i zoomed in and saw that i should check my battle.net and rushed off to look into it XD The problem is, i already downloaded the entire thing but its saying i havent

edit: ok its now trying to download but it seems forever stuck at 0%. Connection stats are telling me nuffin but 0's

Read the posts on the wow forum, the beta forums they have a lot of helpful tips and stuff. For me to download it I had be on safemode for it to work. Make sure you have no firewall etc blocking you from downloading. And be prepared for a long long long long wait

I started downloading at 10am didnt get done until 3:30pm lol

i cant navigate too well, specially with the attention span i have right now that has been the result of a complete diet changed that someone said would make me wonky as hell which it is right now, anyone able to help me find where i need to go while i stumble around blindly looking for it?

In the upper right of the battlenet page there should be something that says "Account" Click that, log in and you should see your Game accounts (i.e, Diablo, WoW:Cata) If you see Mists of Pandaria under WoW then you are in the beta CLick on that ind it gives you the download link

When Veph gave us the link to download the beta it took two full days for it to download but it succesfully downloaded everything but now when i try to access the beta to start playing i get this:



I was able to even press 'Play' when i had finished downloading the beta and now this keep happening to me :<

You would have to go to the wow beta forums. THeres alot of issues. but alot of details on how to get around them

Edit: Does anyone know if I'll be able to play on my Cata account while I'm downloading/installing the Beta? This install will take awhile

Yah I got stuck at 10% mark cause of something blocking it, it can be your router, firewall, norton anti virus, windows protection. I just downloaded it in safemode basically you manually shut down your computer then check safemode with networking, it allows you to download past the firewalls. Also being adminstrator is also important, but for full info go to beta technical support in the forums

My firewall just asks if I wish to allow "such-and-such" to download through the firewall, and I'll check yes if it's Blizzard (I thoroughly check though). This also happened to me at 10%.

Got mine, no email, but checked bnet and saw it. I also have the beta long downloaded and update already, so I can jump right in! Not sure what server everyone is getting on, but I'll hop on Gilneas.

Yeah, logging into the character select screen, I see Gilneas is a PVP realm...crap. Didn't say what type it was when I selected realms to transfer to! Guess I'll make another copy for Lost Isles lol.
