Mom came home with a wow game card and said she was bored and resubbing. So naturally I freaked out and forced her to wait until I sent her a scroll lol.
Now I have my spectral gryphon

Been doing Archaeology for the recipe, the pets, the mount...no luck. But I found the second real camel figurine while digging in Uldum (first one went to my hordie hunter). A hunter friend came to get it





Then this morning, I found Poseidus.



But the mount will go to the bank and be a nice present for someone some day.

There was this special little bugger on the AH for a measly 33k buyout... So of course I had to transfer a toon with 12k over to my main realm (I only had 21k there at the time). Half an hour later the transfer went through and I ZOOMED to the AH.

I'd only seen one at a time, if even that lately. The realm being really Horde-dominated, I find it was a very good deal. :3

Oh right? That's pretty neat though. :3 There's normally one or two of them on the AH at all times on my realm, Horde-side, and the more there is, the cheaper the price.

Ok here goes another blog like post from myself. Hope they're not annoying... I would start a journal thread but I always forget to post on forums these days. Hence the large gaps between accomplishment posts ^^;

Anyway here goes.

Got into a group for glory of the Ulduar Hero 25 man version and much like my post about the Rusted Proto-Drake this was an amazing group. I think only 2 people left throughout the couple hours it took, they were impatient but luckily the rest of us were fine with those who didn't know the tactics or were a bit rusty with their skills.

What amazes me is how people don't know how to read the chat box v.v; it's like on LFR at Spine and there's always someone still attacking the corruption or the amalgamation even after we tell them to STOP.
The important thing is... we got there! We done it! And I got my mount! As with the rusted drake I had not one meta for the achievement and we covered them all! Much like the Black Drake I've wanted my paws on this mount since I first saw it. I remember looking it up and thinking "Oh... I'll never, ever get that..." Well I proved to myself how much I have improved as a player!




I had a friend who was wanting to get back into WoW and he just got a new laptop and was installing the game... He hadn't played in a very long time so I went right to him and told him to wait until I had sent a scroll of resurrection. He agree'd and is enjoying his lvl 80 Warrior (now 85 mind you) and I'm most certainly enjoying my new Gryphon. <3

Had some fun pretending to be one of the vendor bought Gryphons, I actually got players stopping and turning in my general direction hehe! It was made better as the idling movements of my mount matched the gryphon next me exactly.


A guildie and myself have been working on Glory of the Hero for quite some time, thanks to not getting the right bosses in Violet hold but we got it done and were doing the last of the meta in the Occulus and I thought this was quite cute!


And of course we both got our Red Proto-Drakes!


Lastly in my post is a usually rare mount but as has just been discussed, lots have been sprouting up on realms everywhere.

They have been ranging from the high amounts of 100k+ as expected of such a rare mount to very very low amounts. 80k, 75k, 44k, 37k... I got my one for a mere 26k and I'm a little dubious of how legit it was but that didn't occur to me until after I had bought it and they said "that was my last one". How? How can you have many of them?

I'm thinking that person was trying to just get shot of them as they don't seem to sell very well, people have been buying them cheap then putting them back up for loads to have them collect dust in the AH and never make them a profit.

Either way... it's mines now! I want to collect my own one on my DK at some point (If Blizz keep that in the game after all the shenanigans, if any, with the AH ones) but I just could not pass up the chance for my hunter at the lowest price yet. I was saving for Vial of the Sands but umm... that can wait!

Right, I can get rather stressed sometimes while mount farming, so I'm shoving a post here and *begging* for some good luck.

I decided to start farming for Rivendare's Deathcharger for the first time ever today. I've done two runs tonight, I plan to continue tomorrow. But, please, for the love of god, don't make me do that scary amount of runs I keep seeing on Wowhead where people say it took them over 200+ or even 500+ runs. I just... I'm not sure I can do that. Though I suppose if I did do that, I could do anything... But please, Rivendare, just let me have your mount. The sooner you let me own it, the sooner I'll stop shooting you in the face over and over again. PleasepleasepleasePLEASE let it drop soon!
