has anyone thought to check how their weapons compared between live and beta?
I have the Finely-tuned Throat Needler on most of my toons (I mostly rely on crafted gear), and here are the changes between live and beta.
Live:
993-1844 damage
speed 2.90
489.2 damage per second
stats:
+84 agility
+126 stamina
+60 haste
+30 crit
+19 hit rating
Beta:
1,986-3,689 damage
speed unchanged
978.5 damage per second
stats:
+84 agility
+126 stamina
+60 haste
+49 crit
no hit rating
So, no more stat stick, but my ranged weapon got boosted.

Eh, kind of. I would have expected more than just a straight damage boost since we no longer get all the stats (which are HUGE numbers) from our staves/polearms. Either way, if the damage evens out, I guess it sorta works, but that's not what I was expecting.

They're still working on. I'm guessing they're boosting the straight damage first since that's the easiest thing to do, then they'll go through and adjust the other stats, which will take more time since there's a ton of various stat combos to balance and add.Gimlion wrote:Eh, kind of. I am hoping they boost stats...dont our pets scale from stats?
