Azhra and skins we might lose

When I first heard Azhra was changing dramatically I was happy, but recently a need to lvl my lock picking on my rogue brought me there against my will and I realized there are some rare pet skins in that area. Most are mobs that are not yet tamable and may never be,but would you take them if you could? My theory is hydras will be tameable. What are your thoughts, think these will all be lost?
The first is this green hydra

Then there are brown ones there too

And these cool hypogriffs

And these chimera which are also found in the stonetalon peak area(I think) which is another changing zone.

Interesting... I never took into account possible new tameable when I made my guide-ish thingamabob.... But if there are other skins you're concerned about too, currently tameable, Take a look in my thread: http://forums.wow-petopia.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1635

I wouldn't be surprised if these skin's were kept in the zone, just changed around a bit, or lowered in level (Azshara)

Mmm, it'd be a shame to lose those hydra.

If you ask me, I think Blizzard will keep most of the mobs in the zone, and just lower their level to fit with a newbie zone.

That's most likely what they are going to do, as there is the hunter quest there, and if not the quest could be moved and the hydras along with it. Besides we don't unfortunately know if we'll be able to tame Hydra's, let along Hippogriffs in Cata :<

I personally don't think wyverns, hippogryphs or gryphons will ever be tameable. They were the original taxis (besides bats, which are tameable) and I just don't see them as a combat pet. Maybe that's just me being old-fashioned but I very much doubt it will happen.

I could see hydras being tameable someday, but I hope they fix those glubbing noises they make. Drives me nuts. Get rid of the stomping from rhinos and core hounds too, while they're at it.

If they are going to make the hydra tamable, then they will HAVE to bring back the ghostly one found among the croc's section.
