I'm not at home, so can't provide any screenshots of my current UI, but here's what I'd recommend:

Shadowed Unit Frames
Provides you with a more simple look to your party and target frames. Although SUF doesn't have as much possibilities as xPerl, it's still my favourite due to being so easy to customize. You can get rid of all unwanted clutter and arrange everything any way you please.

Mappy
A fairly simple addon to customize your minimap and its surroundings. It can be used to hide any of the original WoW minimap icons (zoom in/out [the zooming can also be done by scrolling while hovering your minimap], calendar, map etc) and to position the remaining icons the way you like them best.

Also if you like keybinds but don't like the fact that they have to be on your bars, BindPad could be just the thing for you. It's a handy way to get rid of extra icons you really don't need visible to use, like mounts or trackings, while still keeping them available at all times.

Although not exactly useful, ButtonFacade can make your UI more pleasing to the eye by modifying the skins of your icons. ButtonFacade is particularly good for making your icons appear bigger without having to enlarge them.

Ive tried the UI addons like bartender and xperl and while they are nice I found that I can't stand to have everything lumped into the center on my screen. So instead of learning to become dependent on something I have just stuck with the basic UI. It kinda bummed me at how I find it extremely hard to heal without healbot so I've stayed clear of just about everything else. Ive found that if I went into 'interface' and scaled down my basic UI that it was a huge help and it was very simple.

Looking at your UI shots Kairii, I think it's not needing addons so much as just a general re-organization, some colour changes and perhaps size scaling that is in order.

Using a bar like Fubar can help you organise buttons and display utilities in one place. I have my Fubar across the top of my screen which holds LocationFu, PerformanceFu, Atlas, Atlas Loot, RecountFu, ClockFu and holds my Omen tool. It's a lot of info available in one small space.

For button bars I use Dominos, for chat windows I use Prat, for tooltip I use TipTac. Currently using Recount and Omen, thinking about trying out Skada though. I use Simple Minimap for my map and Tidy Minimap to organise any buttons that I do not put on FuBar.

And that's about it for layout addons. For combat I use PowerAuras, Mik Scrolling Combat Text, Proculas and Range Finder. I also use Pawn and Rating Buster for gear analysis on the fly.

Well, everything on your screen looks HUGE. You might wanna play with your UI scale in the video options so you have more free space.

You also have a ton of buttons everywhere. Even if you are a clicker, with dominos you can make bars that only show when you mouse over them. Make a few bars with rarely used moves and items and fade them so they only show on mouseover and that will save space and look cleaner.

For making your UI "pretty" three mods I can recommend: ButtonFacade for skinning buttons, KG Panels for adding art into your UI, and sharedmedia for textures, fonts, and art. You can usually find sharedmedia with UI packs that focus on art. To make your UI look good and flow together, you need to pick a solid theme for your UI. I kind of see a purplish theme you got there in the last pic, which is a start.

Try the Spartan UI package. Hmm, when I get the time at home, I'll get you a screenshot and a list of my UI, I think you might like it.

Here Is a picture of my Ui

http://img340.imageshack.us/i/wowscrnsh ... 90121.jpg/

The action bar does not have all the space in it like it does here there is still a little space in case I ever need it but once I got 80 I did mess around with it to make it look more full
And also were I got it

I have changed one or two things I can screen my Addon folder for you if you like the look of it,
I did use Spartan Ui for awhile and it is very good but this one for me was what I was after

I've had an insane amount of different UI's over the years... >< I'm usually bouncing from one to another within a month or so. I don't have screenshots of all of them, but so far, the two I've enjoyed the most are these two (these are big pics):

This is Duffed UI, my other favorite. I enjoy how minimalistic it is.

Share your minimalist secrets? I've been trying to go with a very minimalist theme, but invariably I stick with Carbonite and my other cluttery addons, although because of this thread I've taken a shine to Shadowed Unit Frames... Not to mention I'm hopeless at keybinding, so I have all my buttons on bars (using Bartender4, though, so they're much smaller and neater). I have a 19" moniter, but I play WoW in a smaller windowed mode. >>

So far, for minimalistic UIs, I've found 'Duffed UI', which is in the screenshot with my Deathknight. I've also used 'Lui', which is also nice. When I'm not using those, and want more space, I use 'Dominos', which is kind of like Bartender, but a little more simplistic. It's what I used in my custom UI, along with 'kg panel', which I will say can be incredibly confusing. It took me a day or two to figure out how to use it right. >.> I have yet to find a satisfying mini-map mod, and since I know nothing of coding, I can't make my own. >< Hmmm... what else do I have... oh yes! 'ButtonFacade', which is a skin mod for the UI buttons. For that one, get ButtonFacade first, and then you can do a search for the many different looks there are. One example is on my custom UI. The skin is called 'ButtonFacade - Caith'... I think. Or it might be 'Apathy'. I can't remember at the moment. >.>;

If there's anything else you'd like to know, just ask away and I'll answer as best you can.

OH! Before I forget, all the mods I have, I've gotten from WoWInterface.com.

I could never get into that UI for some odd reason. O.o It was cool at first... and then it started irritating me more and more. XD I do still think it is pretty, though.
